After having physical therapy for stress incontinence, I have learned to do 2 sessions of Kegels per day. One 5 minute session in the morning before getting out of bed, and the second session when I first get into my bath at night. Sessions involve contracting for 10 seconds, as hard as I can manage, and then relaxing for 5 seconds in between. Definitely helps to have a clock with a second hand. 😉 Even with ADD, this is possible!
