There we were, just randomly internet window shopping when we came across some truly outrageous reviews. They were dripping with dissatisfaction and such a warped perspective about what the world and companies ‘owe’ them that we couldn’t help but share them with you. Bored Panda has collected the very worst cases of entitled online reviews that might just give you a headache.

This reminds me of my grandparents saying we should boycott one of the appliance stores in town because they didnāt have an after hours repair service. This particular place was purely a retail store - discount one at that, with āwarehouse pricesā - things were sold with warranties but you had to take it to the store and have them send it away. But they believed they should be able to call at any time and have someone come out and find out why their vacuum wasnāt workingā¦
To be fair, I do ask appliance stores about their repair services, and prefer the one that does come over to look. But yeah, people forget to ask and assume it's like that. It's also because in the past it was like that and it changed.

They literally sell mattresses and related bedding items. I wonder how the couple and question came to the conclusion that they also provided moving services when they advertised their specialty explicitly??
To be fair to these people (1) They did offer to pay and (2) What they requested is not unheard of. We needed a large bed relocated from one room to another. The furniture store we had bought it from two years before agreed to send out two of their men to disassemble it and move it. The store in fact charged us nothing. (But the two movers got a very substantial tip from us.) The mistake these people made was to whine publicly because they didn't get something they weren't entitled to.
If you need to move, you call a moving company to help, not your furniture stores. And you pay for it.

What she failed to SAY in the review was that we had her pull forward 20 feet and BROUGHT THE CAKE OUT TO HER CAR so she wouldn't have to wake up her kid! The thing that really pissed me off about it was that the owner of the place didn't say anything about THAT in her response to the review, just kissed the woman's butt in order to make sure that we "didn't lose a customer". She wouldn't have needed to be rude to the lady! Just let the readers know the other half of the story!!
