There are people that deny slavery in the US, there are people that deny all kinds of horror. It's so typical of a lot of humans to deny things they don't experience. It's truly sad.

Because the deniers don't view their victims as humans but abhorations, defective "units" . My French mother in law told me, when I was pregnant in my 40s that she had no problem with me having an abortion if amniocentesis showed my child to be "tryptosomie 21"-in effect, a Down's Syndrome child, because it's legal in France to have a mid to late term abortion if the child is genetically imperfect. ("hello, Mengele,?") And yeah, the French don't want to deal with "imperfect" people. I was all f*rk that. I'll love my child no matter what. This ideology angers me. The French don't have special education in public schools that allow all children, deaf, or otherwise handicapped to interact with their peers, but ship their special needs kids to schools where they are isolated and educated (out of sight, out of mind) but treated as being different in ways that I've never seen in American schools. I've actually never encountered a French person in public who has any kind of limitation, whereas in the USA, I met and worked with all kinds of people who were considered handicapped. When I was in high school, one of my teachers needed a wheelchair because she had been in a car accident that rendered her incapable of walking. She was an excellent teacher, too. But she'd never be able to work in French schools because most don't have handicap access. I've got a love/hate thing with the French about handicap access. Lots of parking but so few access ramps to businesses. And the ramps aren't just useful for the wheelchair bound persons, but the aged. I've got a lot of negative to say about how sh*tty the French are towards their "less than perfect" citizens.

Because, according to those nitwit deniers, anyone can write down millions of names. SMH

People see what they want to see, and close their eyes to what is unpleasant.

Idiots claim it's all made up. Like the worldwide community of Jews, and everyone else who suffered, got together and said "you know what would get us some sympathy? Stories. Whole conspiracy was pulled off pre-internet days, mind you, with no proof of how they got the word out. SMH yep, there's a reason we be calling them nuts (the polite way).

And yet things like this are still happening.

Deniers are so deep into their denial that they'd just argue that this was fake. Ideological blinders refuse to see what they don't want to see.

I think it's difficult for some people to process the fact that this actually happened. That it can't be true. Even though denying it only serves to perpetuate it and lays a foundation for it to happen again. Also, Nazis literally want this to happen. They celebrate it. So don't be too shocked.

The easiest way to get someone to acquiesce to evil, thus becoming a participant and enabler, is to deny its existence despite every evidence. They're actually not that big. EDIT: Average adult US wolf 79lbs/36kg and 32in/82cm at shoulders, while alaskan husky "between 20 and 26 inches (51 and 66 cm) and weigh between 35 and 75 pounds (16 and 34 kg)". So they're smaller and especially much lighter, but not THAT much smaller. Wolves have the weight and length of a German shepherd, but longer legs hence taller.
