It's like the situation with facemasks when Covid started: you can't go into a store/pharmacy without one, but to get it you've got to buy it there
TURN THE F*****G PHONE 90 DEGREES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (#sorrynotsorry just a huge pet peeve I inherited from my videographer dad)
I tried to toast my halloween pumpkin seeds and they tuned out horrible, it all went out to the squirrels
Well, as someone who is heavily tattooed, it is really not the same thing. Tattoo needles often come in a bundle (my heartfelt sympathy for you, if the tattoo artist gets out the single needle) and either way, they just give you an abrasion. While I have met more than one tattooed person who are scared of needles in a medical context, they at least didn't have piercings. But I am absolutely sure, tattooed piercing enthusiasts afraid of doctors with needles exist 😂
I think it's about anti-vaxx rather than scared of needles. "I don't want that junk in my body! I don't know what's in it" proceeds to put different junk in their body and they certinly don't know what's in it.

I can't watch the needle going in, but once it's in I'm fine with blood being drawn or IVs or whatever. Decorative body mods are not the same thing at all to medical professionals with needles...even when expecting both to hurt.
Well, for a tattoo you prick the skin, but for a vaccine the needle goes in...
Relax your arm. The pain comes from tense muscles and the needle going through. I relax the arm getting the shot to the point that it's dead weight. I never feel the needle.
I like looking at phlebotomy process as the phlebotomist draws my blood, really interesting!
I hate taking blood, I hate needle in vein, not needles at all. Also needle to muscle can hurt, but piercing and tattoo don't go to muscle. Piercing and tattoo weren't painful for me at all, but some vaccines which I got as child to butt, it was very painful, also taking blood from my first doctor (from other doctors it didn't, I don't know why from first it hurt even day after).
for some reason it's easier to draw blood from my right arm, and it always messes up what the nurse expects for some reason. I've had my blood drawn a lot for tests and it's always less painful, still freaks me out nonetheless

Everyday in the ER. Almost as annoying as teenagers who 'can't swallow' pills
i have a naturally small throat okay i try to swallow them
Load More Replies...Actually this is a historical reference not used any more. (not a sewing needle) Eye of the needle refers to the small door in the main gate. Don't forget, back in the day, high walls were set up around cities for defense.
When I was a kid, I used to purposely do this to drink the foam before blowing bubbles in the rest with my straw.
Is this saying he cares more about a minor scratch on his car than he does about a mouthful of cavities?
