I literally was shopping with my mom and refused to come out of the changing room until my exact style jeans were found, which has a whopping 11cm pocket length!!!! Needless to say, I got what I came for :)

Yes! If you are going to put pockets in a dress, or pants, for goodness sake, make them deeper! Shorter pockets do nothing, and... and.. will ruin the lines of the dress, because they don’t lay flat enough! Plus, pockets are for hands and stuff. They serve no purpose if they aren’t usable. Take a page from retro 40-50’s dresses. They all mostly had pockets that were really pockets! Think! Designers! I will always choose a dress with no pockets over teeny tiny pockets in them! Use your designer brains, and think about what a pocket is and does! Please!
