I hate the double standard that pointing out overweight people are overweight is rude, but it’s totally ok to just be like “wow, you’re so skinny, do you even eat?” Like why can’t everyone just MIND THEIR OWN BUSINESS

Well, many language teachers (at least in my country) are like: "So you misused future perfect continuous? Your grammar skills are terrible and you'll be a laughing stock if you try to really communicate in English." It took me years after finishing school to stop apologizing for my grammar and I'm still doing this when I write anything longer. Some things just stay in your head.
