The Breakfast Club could make do without which of these main characters?
This is stupid. You might as well add Claire to the list. None can be spared, though.
In your opinion, who’s the most trivial character in The Big Bang Theory out of this bunch?
If you had to remove one of the Friends, who would you kick out?
"All of the Above" (sorry, was never a big fan of the show, lol) EDIT: I would like to apologize that my lack of slavering, obsessive love for this show is offensive to y'all XD I was a kid (12 years old) when it first started airing, and as a teenager, a show about adult shenanigans just wasn't that interesting to me. Sorry that my personal opinion apparently is ruining your lives enough that you need to downvote for me for having an opinion XD
In your opinion, who’s the most trivial character in Breaking Bad out of this bunch?
They all play their part. Rabid fans hated Anna Gunn instead of her character, but this show was particularly unkind to its women characters.
Which of these iconic Star Wars side characters are you showing the door?
Which of these X-Men characters would you remove from the movies altogether?
I've been a lifelong X-Men fan. I used to read so many comic books when I was a kid, and I lived through the amazing animated series era. I hated, HATED, *HATED* both Cyclops and Jean Grey through my entire childhood. They were both so smarmy, do-goody, "Yes, of course, Professor!" súck-up types XD They seemed so one-dimensional to me even as a kid - they never seemed to really have any personal struggles or any personal growth (compare to Wolverine and all he went through as Weapon X.) Cyclops was always the teacher's pet, chiseled-ly good-looking, and of course he "got the girl". Jean always seemed overdramatic to me (she'd use her powers once and then be all "ohhh" and swoon like a Victorian maiden.) I've obviously grown up since then, and James Marsden is an absolutely phenomenal actor who actually made me LIKE the character of Cyclops, even though he was still pretty much Mr. Perfect Hero. Jean can go get turned into a meat-cube by the Juggernaut for all I care, though.
If you had to fire one of these girls from The Office cast, who would you wave goodbye?
Which crew member of the Endurance did you not care for in Interstellar?
I saw this years ago. How am I expected to remember all the character's names?
Who do you find the least entertaining in the main cast of How I Met Your Mother?
If you had to drop one Pulp Fiction character, who would you say had the least on-screen presence?
If you had to fire one of these guys from The Office cast, what’s your top pick?
Who’s the least interesting member of the Addams Family?
If you were tasked with firing one Brooklyn Nine-Nine cast member, whom would you choose?
Boyle. Or Terry. Or even Rosa. But mainly Gina. She even wrote herself out IRL.

Which of these key Star Wars characters would you be comfortable completely cutting out of the movie scripts?
If you had to get rid of one teacher from the Harry Potter movies, who would it be?
If the Fellowship of the Ring had to downsize, who’s leaving the group, according to you?
"My heart tells me that he has some part to play yet, for good or ill, before the end". They all do. So this vote is stupid.
In most cases, I have never seen the shows. However, those that I have seen I'd say each of the characters has a purpose. So whether I like them or not, they bring something to the show. Therefore, they are indispensable in most cases. In TV shows with a large ensemble cast (Downton Abbey, The Walking Dead, etc come to mind), there are several inarguably unnecessary storylines / characters.
There are quite a few of these shows that I've never seen either (Breaking Bad, The Office, How I Met Your Mother) but I've seen SO many memes and jokes about the shows over the years that I have gotten a general sense of the main characters XD I agree with you for a show like The Walking Dead - it was a comic book series first, which made the side-characters and their storylines more integral to the whole, but that kind of thing is MUCH harder to do with a TV show that has very limited "screen time", so they try to cram in the characters anyway and a lot of the small details about their characters or storylines get entirely lost. IMO, for example, you could NOT get rid of Rick, Coooral, Lori, Shane, Glenn, or Maggie, but Michonne COULD be excised from the TV show. Kirkman had WAY more time to "expand" on Michonne's storyline in the comic books, but there was less "time" in the show, so she ended up just sort of being this one-dimensional katana-wielding "strong woman" stereotype.

Haven't seen a lot of them, probably most of them to be fair. Didn't vote on ones I don't know
