It’s safe to assume that everyone likes to feel heard or have someone—or something—they can relate to, be it a friend from school or internet content that feels like a hug. In the digital age, the latter often comes in the form of memes, as many meme enthusiasts would likely agree.
Today, we want to shed light on some of such memes. So if you’re looking for some relatable content, scroll down to find posts shared by the meme treasure trove titled ‘Puberty Hits’, and take comfort in the fact that whatever the situation you’re dealing with, you’re likely not alone.

Scrolling through something we can relate to might be appealing for many reasons, the main one arguably being that we’re familiar with the feeling it evokes, be it good or bad. Depending on the content, it might elicit a nostalgic sigh, awaken the butterflies in our stomach, or make us cringe hard, as it can bring us right back to the time when we experienced the depicted situation firsthand.
Bearing in mind that memes often cover instances that are based on social interactions, the joys and burdens of everyday life, or other scenarios likely experienced by many, and that there are thousands if not millions of them created every day, it’s no surprise that memes are often the content people tend to relate to.
Husband and I were like this for years. We'd get lost and drive down the beach highway. Fun times :)
As long as we had 1/2 a tank of fuel or more, we were never lost. We were just exploring. Once we got below 1/2 a tank of fuel, we would find a gas station, then continue on our journey.

My old friend Yoshi and I were like this...one morning in San Diego we were talking about his favorite Chinese restaurant in San Francisco....eight hours later we are at said restaurant having some of the best Chinese food I have ever had. He moved back to Japan so these adventures require international travel now!
Load More Replies...My friend and I once drove to Chicago from our college in Virginia (for not-Americans, a solid 15-hour drive one-way) to try out a restaurant there, only for it to be closed when we got there. Had some excellent pizza instead.
This story is Moosecock. You can't get good pizza in Chicago. Fight me.

I once cancelled a trip to the local zoo in St. Paul, MN when it started to rain. On a whim, I popped my kids in the car and said, "We're going to St. Louis to see the Arch instead." Had a blast!
Thanks for stopping by, I hope you guys enjoyed some of our food. I used to live in Saint Paul and Minneapolis, but now I am back in Saint Louis. I really enjoyed living there and miss it at times. People think I am crazy when I say that I learned a lot about dealing with cold weather. Saint Louis winters can be brutal but they are not Minnesota brutal, I dont care what they say.
Load More Replies...I miss my BFF and sister that I've known since I was 11 years old. She lives on the other side of the country now, so no more 2 am Waffle House or Mama Lou's visits when we were young, broke and hungry or after the clubs closed. We spent many nights in our pajamas, winter and summer or our club clothes (it was the WH and ML, what did you expect?!) talking about anything and everything under the sun. I think we spent a good chunk of our teens and early 20's in those places, if you live in the South those were your 2nd homes if you were drunk or poor.
My friend and I did this once, drove 8 hours to West Virginia just so we could eat at Tudor's Biscuit World.
A 3 stop, 2 state trip over 200+ miles that ended up with 5 people in an IHOP at 5am for blueberry pancakes.

Moldy clothes if you leave them wet in the washer.

When my wife and I first married 44 years ago we were in bed watching TV at 10 pm one nite and saw a Burger King commercial; jumped right outta bed and drove to get us a bite, of course thats when Burger King was a good burger too, just saying!!
Was lots of fun and common... Then we all ran headfirst into our 40s. Now I want even myself off my damn lawn.
random roadtrips woo!! the first day of a long weekend, on our way to a concert with problems to acces our ticket. BF stated "if the tickets dont work, we'll just drive to Malmö" (a nine hr drive) This was shortly after corona... just to be able to do so when you feel like it is perfect freedom for me! Tickets did work by the way... Jayhawks were great!
This is the least believable to me. Who in their right mind would WANT to go to Cincinnati to roll the dice on a new chicken place? For me to want to go there the quality of said chicken would have to be well established.
It's not just about the chicken, it's about travelling with someone you care about on a whim. It's about the trip, friendship/relationship, the food, fun, and did I mention road trip. Even if the chicken is bad, the trip alone is guaranteed to be fun, so it's a good trip no matter how it turns out.

Giving a brief look at an image with a witty caption takes less time before one can say “I know what this feels like!”, compared to reading through numerous pages describing the same situation in great detail.
The ‘Puberty Hits’ Instagram account is arguably a great source of memes depicting situations people can identify with. “You can probably relate to most of our posts,” says its description, and it looks like millions of people agree, as the account can pride itself on having over 3.7 million followers. Started over a decade ago, in 2012, it boasts a collection of over 2500 posts.
The "juice" is held between two plastic layers, giving the illusion of a full bottle. when tilted upside-down, all the liquid falls into the cap area where it can't be seen.
It needs a big fence around it, just to be sure, then the forest!
“Relatability is the chief psychological lubricant that glides you thoughtlessly down the curated, endless scroll of your feed,” the writer, editor, and photographer Jeremy D. Larson once wrote for the New York Times. Perfectly summing up what the word now means in the context of social media, he continued to point out that it was added to people’s vocabularies back in the 1940s but only entered mainstream circulation in the 1980s.
In addition to providing a sense of comfort to netizens, relatability in the context of social media can bring monetary benefits, too. Nowadays, consumers—whose financial decisions are often influenced by social media—seem to be increasingly drawn to brands and companies sharing relatable content, rather than a picture-perfect image of life, which often feels unattainable. The former type enables the company, brand, or organization to connect with the customer and earn their trust easier, consequently creating a stronger relationship with them.
Statistics seem to support the idea that companies and brands can benefit from relatable content, especially memes. Surveys suggest that more than 60% of respondents say they are more likely to purchase something from businesses that use memes in their marketing. In addition to that, meme campaigns reportedly achieve 14% higher click-through rates (CTR) than good old email marketing.
No grownups hollering, so it's not time to come in for bath time yet!
Even if a meme ends up not attracting any paying customers, it can increase brand awareness, as good memes tend to spread like wildfire. According to Gitnux, back in 2013, the ‘Doge’ meme was shared more than 1,000,000 times on Facebook alone. A similar number of shares on the platform was accumulated by the ‘This Is Fine’ meme in 2020. In 2017, memes of beloved ‘Kermit the Frog’ were reportedly shared more than two million times on Instagram.
These are just a few examples of how popular memes can get, as they clearly are one of the netizens’ most beloved forms of content. If you belong to those who enjoy a good meme—and judging by the fact that you ended up on this list, you probably do—you’re in luck, as here at Bored Panda we have plenty; feel free to visit our meme category, brimming with all sorts of relatable content, and explore your options. Oh hell no, this hurts, this is too relatable, especially with strict parents. When your dreams are crushed by their judgment. And you have to be just like 😶😶😶
Yep, Henri and Loverboy, before them Miss Peep and every other fur baby were there to help me cope with the people.
