She's not lying. My daughter calls me and ask if I could make a doctor's appointment for her and I tell her no. Then she does it and realizes it ain't so bad and easy to do.

Honestly, if that's all they do, that'd be fine. I'd be a bit nervous about the mental health issues, but otherwise _ could be much worse. At least they WANT to be woke and treat people well. It might go a bit weirdly in some ways, but the intentions behind it are generally to be approved
