I am a photographer from Nagano, Japan, and I want to become a world-famous artist one day.

Life is short. Time is finite. These two things are unavoidable for everyone. The old streets of Hong Kong, which still remain, were illuminated by various hopeful lights. People go home. Everything in Hong Kong is home to light. I tried to express this in dark tones and light. That is what I call "HOME KONG".

Light pollution in large cities would make stars invisible. Not sure how this picture is working.

I wonder if living like this causes a feeling of community, or if it's stressful or both.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, an incurable disease, and started taking pictures with my camera in order to beat the disease. From that point on, my photographic journey began. I went to school for Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator because I wanted to do graphic design. I also created flyers for club events and did a little visual jockeying. It was just a hobby, but it was my first taste of art.

I found myself surprisingly attracted to the energy of the people of Hong Kong and the good old town. I was also attracted by the sight of elderly people playing mahjong in the park or training in tai chi in the early morning, which is rarely seen in Japan. Hong Kong is a city that gives me a lot of power and energy.

I am passionate about photography because I want to make a name for myself and be famous because I was born into this world. Also, Yayoi Kusama is from my hometown, and her upbringing was not an easy one. Before I knew it, my desire to be like Yayoi Kusama grew stronger, I only live once. I have only one life, and I will make my mark.

When it comes to my future plans, I would like to publish a photo book with essays. Of course, the theme of the book will be Hong Kong. I would also like to hold solo exhibitions in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and New York City in the near future. For now, it is just a dream, but I will make it a reality.
