She described the success as a “huge deal” and said she was grateful for how the business had grown.

Pumpkin has also been open about why she decided to offer more explicit material.

Five months after joining the platform, she began selling what she described as “h*rdcore” content.

“I really started doing ha*dcore because, truthfully, it’s another revenue stream and so many options to do and give,” she told TMZ.

Reports further shared some of her most explicit content was being sold for between $100 and %150. Some of the material reportedly features Pumpkin and her boyfriend, Darrin Kitchens.

She has also discussed plans for future collaborations and other adult content.

Pumpkin’s boyfriend has supported the change in her career, and the couple has appeared together in content sold on the platform.

Pumpkin’s mother, June “Mama June” Shannon, has even helped promote the page.

Pumpkin explained that her mother will promote her account when she goes live on social media.

“My family is super supportive,” Pumpkin said.

She added that her mother wants to make sure she is getting properly paid for what she sells.

Her younger sister, Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, has also encouraged her.

According to Pumpkin, Alana tells people to “get her bag.”

The younger reality star has also promoted her sister’s page online.

Pumpkin said Alana will tell followers, “Pumpkin’s got a deal going on — half off [subscriptions] this week.”

For Pumpkin, having her family involved has been important

“So my family … [I’m] super grateful for how involved they are. … You don’t get that a lot,” she said.

Mama June has been supportive, but she has also warned her daughter that making money does not automatically make every decision a good one.

“All money ain’t good money,” June told TMZ.

She said Pumpkin is an adult and can make her own choices, but she still has concerns about what could happen later.

Her biggest worry is Pumpkin’s four children.

June said the children could eventually find their mother’s explicit content online when they are older.

Pumpkin shares four children with her ex-husband, Josh Efird- Ella, Bentley, and twins Sylus and Stella.

The couple split in July 2024 and later finalized their divorce.

Pumpkin previously explained how they handle parenting after the breakup.

“With me and Josh being split now, we do 50/50 custody. So I have them one week, and then he has them the other week,” she told People.

She said she usually uses the weeks without her children to handle errands and other parts of her life.

She further revealed that she has faced criticism since launching her account, but she is not letting those comments change her plans

She has repeatedly explained that her children are a major reason she continues working.

“People have a s–t ton to say about me … doing On*yFans and at the end of the day, I do all of this for my kids,” she told TMZ.

She continued, “The money that I make, it’s going straight to them — their college funds, not telling them no, vacations, all of that stuff.”

Pumpkin then made her priorities clear, adding, “I’m a mama first.”

She has also said that O*lyFans gives her another way to earn money and provide financial security for her family.

Her relationship has changed since her split from Josh, too.

Pumpkin began dating Kitchens, who is Josh’s cousin, after the divorce. The pair publicly confirmed their relationship in August 2024.

Kitchens has backed Pumpkin’s O*lyFans career, and the two have created adult content together.

Pumpkin has also explored other forms of adult entertainment. She recently appeared at Diamonds & Lace in Chattanooga, where she performed on a pole while money was thrown around the stage.

“What a shame you’ll sacrifice your self respect for cash,” wrote one netizen
