Chappell Roan delivered her most jaw-dropping look yet at the Grammys 2026, wearing a dress that appeared to be held up mostly by just confidence.

The singer wore a sheer, burgundy Mugler dress that showed off her temporary tattooos, including one that said “princess” on her lower back.

“Is this legal?” one asked, while another wrote, “Gross... i just ate dinner.”

“Anything to get attention even for second,” one said.

Another wrote, “There’s no way that dress from Chappell Roan doesn’t hurt.”

Yungblud hit the Grammys 2026 red carpet early and, once again, largely shirt-free. 

The British rocker, joined by his girlfriend Jesse Jo Stark, wore leather trousers and an open leather shirt, topped with an animal-print, fur-lined collar.

While he may not have scored big points in the fashion department, he did win his first ever Grammy for Best Rock Performance and dedicated it to the Prince of Darkness, Ozzy Osbourne.

“I don’t think I’ve ever seen this dude with a shirt on,” one commented on his outfit.

“Why does he look like that?” one asked.

Another chimed in saying, “I see 6-7 homeless guys a day that look like him.”

The 52-year-old model, known as the official queen of Halloween, wore a flesh-colored latex gown that looked like second skin.

After a seven-year Grammys hiatus, Kesha appeared to be wrapped in a very expensive snowstorm for her return to the 2026 Grammys red carpet. 

The 38-year-old singer wore a white Atelier Biser dress, with feathers and a dramatically long train. 

Also, shoes? Nowhere to be found. Kesha walked barefoot on the red carpet, making one social media user ask, “Did she just get out of the shower?”

“She arrived to vacuum the carpet,” one said about her dramatically long train, while another quipped, “The janitor arrived!”

“What’s my tampon doing there?” one asked.

“She’s so proud to have greasy looking hair,” one said.

Another wrote, “Kesha’s Grammys white feathers look like a modern-day wedding crash bomb.”

“Cheap” and “sleazy” were what naysayers said about Karol G’s sheer blue dress during the music awards show.

The Latina Forever singer embraced the trend of leaving little to the imagination, wearing a Paolo Sebastian gown and a pair of translucent Gianvito Rossi shoes.

“No one wears clothes no more!” one lamented after seeing her outfit, while another said, “Seems to be the year of the b*tt crack from what I have seen.”

“I wonder if half of them have regrets the next day,” one said.

Miley Cyrus stepped on the red carpet, looking like leather and confusion had a complicated meeting.

Nominated again for Best Pop Vocal Album, the 33-year-old singer wore a monochromatic custom Celine look, complete with a white collared shirt, a leather jacket adorned, trousers, black stilettos, and a gold brooch that could probably be spotted from a football field away.

Her fiancé Maxx Morando appeared alongside her like a supportive sidekick in all-black. 

“It’s giving Hunger Games,” one commented on Miley’s look, while another said, “It’s giving Hannah Montana 2026.”

“I really don't like her black era everything,” said another.

“Miley looks like a zombie extra in a horror film!!! Ugh,” one said.

Another wrote, “They all look terrible… it’s just puzzling.”

“It is an original design by myself,” Duckwrth proudly said about his outfit. 

The artist said his inspiration for the look was “Romeo and Juliet,” and he simply took a sketch to the designers before they brought his ideas to life. 

During a red carpet interview, Duckwrth said he was moving away from his era of toxic romance and was moving towards “fearless romanticism.”

He also re-shared an X user’s tweet on social media, which said: “My sister’s friend’s designed Duckwrth’s Grammy outfit and described it as ‘f***boy Victorial prince who walked straight out of Jojo.’ I’m so excited.”

One commented on his outfit and said, “You’re like if a knight and a princess had a baby.”

For anyone who thought a bird had wandered onto the red carpet, don’t worry. It was just Lady Gaga.

The gown framed the 39-year-old singer’s face, and she had a long train following her around on the red carpet

The Disease singer didn’t have her fiancé Michael Polansky by her side, but her massive oval-cut engagement ring shone brightly on her finger.

“Cute, but how many ostrich [sic]?” one asked, while another wrote, “Looking like a dusty a** black emu!”

French producer and DJ Gesaffelstein won his first Grammy award for Best Remixed Recording for his remix of Lady Gaga's Abracadabra, wearing his signature black face mask.

The arist, whose real name Mike Lévy, accepted his trophy without saying a word. He simply took a bow, blew a kiss to the crowd, and walked off the stage.

Gesaffelstein has appeared in the same masked look at the 2019 and 2024 Coachella Music festivals, as well as other events. However, his trademark look on Sunday night had netizens calling him “Phantom of the Grammies [sic].”

“This should be the new dress code - shut their mouths and show is over in 1 hour,” one said, while another wrote, “weirdos, all of them.”

“Jesus how utterly full of themselves are these people?” one asked.

Some went as far as to call it “blackface,” a racist practice where non-Black people darken their skin to stereotype or caricature Black people.

“I guess Hollywood normalized blackface,” said another. 

Joy Villa, who revealed that she left the Church of Scientology last year, wore a dress that made her feelings about the religious group clear. 

“Scientology k*lls,” read the loud message across her chest. 

Her outfit was branded a “mess,” with one asking, “how do you even dare to walk out looking like this?”

“I feel like surely there could have been a more fashionable way to make the same statement. This looks like a five year old made it,” one said.

Another wrote, “The blue jumpsuit turned me off.”

Tallia Storm posed for the cameras, wearing a design by Harti.

The creative director called Tallia a “confident, commanding, [and] warm” woman, and said she couldn’t “imagine a better woman to wear this moment.”

But some netizens tsk-tsked, calling the dress, “tacky.”

Teddy Swims said this was the first time he had a designer make an outfit for him for the Grammys. 

“I feel like I’m famous for the first time,” he said, reflecting on how he was standing on the red carpet with in his first custom-design by Off-White.

The Lose Control singer was nomianted for Best New Artist last year and recieved the Best Pop Vocal Album nomination this year, sharing the category with Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, and Sabrina Carpenter.

“He looks a bit lost,” one commented on his look. 

Billie Eilish took home one of the big awards of the night, winning the Grammy for Song of the Year for Wildflower with her brother Finneas. And for the occasion, she was dressed in a jacket and skirt, made from upcycled deadstock fabric.

Along with her focus on sustainability, the 24-year-old singer also had an “ICE OUT” pin on her shirt lapel.

“All that money and they can’t find a decent thing to wear. Weird,” read one comment.

“She looks stupid,” one said.
