Rollercoaster pics are awesome! Many families have one from the trip to amusement park decades ago in their home somewhere, usually with dad looking terrified in the back, to his eternal embarrassment.
What started as a fun way for the theme parks to squeeze a bit of extra cash out of the customers, has turned into a chance to get a funny photo that families and friends talk about for years. Some of them are clearly pre-planned, allowing funny people among us to shine their brightest. You can just imagine the tension as they queue to pick up the photos… were they timed correctly? Were we facing the right way? Crap, we have to go back and do it again!
We here at Bored Panda have compiled a list of our favorite rollercoaster photos. From the classic facial expressions of absolute terror to some of those elaborate set-ups; from people screaming hilariously to pulling funny faces, the list has got them all. Curious. Is it not forbidden to take all those random objects on the ride? In Korean Lotte World, I remember we were obbligated to put our belongings in some guarded baskets before any kind of potentially dangerous ride.

Log flumes are not a problem, most of these are log flumes and you can take items on most water flume rides. However, there are a few in here where I would agree.

It's crazy dangerous to pull anything out of your pockets on a rollercoaster, or sometimes to even have things in your pockets on certain rides. A cell phone let go of on a rollercoaster is travelling the same speed as the train. A girl at six flags had her orbital broken on her face by a jackass who had to take a selfie on a ride. The phone whipped from the front to the back of the train and smashed her face. It's not just about you. Think of others safety.

I wish I hadn't "lost" the picture of me getting a HUGE nosebleed mid-ride. It was disgustingly funny, but 15 year old me purged all embarrassing pictures, and 20 year old me regrets it
