A friend of mine had the most beautiful outdoor cat. David. He cut a semicircle in the wood fence and then used semicircle bricks to make a bit of a maze so David could run in and the snouts of the dogs would get stuck. EDIT: it was a fenced back yard. Great kitty RIP.

Tbh that's one of the most smart and practical ones on the list, especially because you can just unhook it to take it off
