Grandmas and grandpas grew up with rotary phones, so you have to cut them some slack when it comes to communicating via fancy smartphones or Facebook. After all, they love talking to their grandchildren, and it's a huge reason why they are trying to become acquainted with modern technology in the first place. Some of these attempts, however, fall into hilarious text fails category. Bored Panda has compiled a list of funny text messages from grandparents that probably provided entertainment for the whole family, and it will definitely make you text your folks more often.

Fake texts can be fun, yes. But at least try to make them somewhat believable, come on. Half of the icons are low-res, the other half high-res and the fonts in the 2 text bubbles don't even match xD.
