“DIY WHY”: 30 Times People Should Have Hired Someone Else To Do Things For Them (New Pics)
There is a very human impulse to make, modify and design things that most of us suppress for convenience. After all, it’s often easier to just go on over to a store and buy something then invest the time, resources, and energy into learning a nifty skill.
But the “DiWHY” group is dedicated to people who instead suppressed that urge and decided to make something themselves. So get ready to be confused, amazed, and perhaps even inspired as you scroll through, be sure to upvote your favorite creations and comment your thoughts below.

Sometimes A Green Thumb Goes Too Far
It looks so pretty. The idea of showering in it makes me a bit uncomfortable. Which is weird when you think about it, if a garden looked like this I would have no problem walking around in it with bare feet and bare legs. So maybe showering would be okay too, I'd might need to get used to it for a bit.
I get what you’re saying… but think of it this way… your garden is outside. Your shower is in your house.
Load More Replies...I saw a spider on the shower curtain last night, as a matter of fact. Tried to wash it down the drain, and it stuck to my foot. So if anyone heard screaming last night, coming from the direction of Michigan, it was just me. I'm okay now.
I don't hate this, but I feel like it would smell very damp and moldy. Also, where is the drain
That was my question, how is it going to drain fast enough to not flood the bathroom?
Load More Replies...First of all, you've got your falling WET. Second of all, dirt plus WET equals mud. Third of all, worms and bugs are for pouncing.
Oh wow….. complete with worms and spiders! Just what I want to put in my hair…..
Surely the heat of the shower water would be detrimental to plant life
The only problem I really have with this is that I think that bugs and spiders belong outside of houses. Not inside houses. For some reason I am not at all comfortable with spiders and bugs indoors. But outdoors I have no problem with them crawling on me (in moderation, of course. I don't want to get burries in bugs. Lol). But besides that I think this is actually pretty cool.
I want to do this. Probably a good thing my bathroom doesn't have a window
I really really want this. Probably have a normal shower to for guests or if I don't feel like showering outdoors, but it's a really nice idea
