Lainey Molnar is back on Bored Panda with even more thought-provoking illustrations. With her art, she challenges and explores societal norms surrounding femininity, body image and more.

The artist creates empowering comics that resonate with women from around the world. "I personally believe that important or heavy topics are processed in a straightforward way - with just a few words - and with colorful and fun drawings it’s easier to relate to and connect over. I always mean to start conversations more than make statements, this content is as much about the individual stories and opinions shared in comments as the illustration itself," Lainey shared with Bored Panda.

What if he'll murder me AND doesn't look like his photos so it will be harder for the police to find him?

The artist has previously shared with Bored Panda that she gets ideas for her illustrations from her own experiences as a woman. But she follows other content creators and inspiring people as well that touch on a variety of topics surrounding womanhood.

It’s the aftermath they are referring to. After stretching to accommodate a human being the skin often sags and puckers after childbirth.

mf really grew a freaking human being inside of her for 9 months, which was squishing all of her organs, and people get all shocked pikachu face when you get stretch marks and cellulite afterwards. the more chubby the tummy, the better the cushioning when your excitable toddler jumps on you.

People are only thinking about the baby about to come. The rest of the time a woman is told what to do, how to maintain her appearance and physique, even while pregnant. Then after the baby is born, everyone gushes over the baby and then turns to the mom with sour glares, and raised brows interrogating her about how she's taking care of the baby and scolding her over how "tired, dishevelled and disgusting" she looks, and to remind her to "wear a longer shirt". Then they wonder why she's depressed.

There is a video on you tube explaining why so many models fall over on the run way. Basically the shoes they are made to wear are terrible. For all sorts of technical reasons. by Nicole Rudolph

I’m not sure if an image of her should be next to a Meryl Streep quote? Meryl is brilliant, why not an illustration of her instead?
