"Ugly" is subjective...however, Sphynx cats can have some health issues. One thing they also need to be careful of, is sunburn risk. This little fella is warm and cozy in bed, but put him under the summer sky, and you may have to lather him in sunscreen first.

My grandma’s eyes used to reflect like that in the dark (due to cataract lens replacement). It was scary as hell to see this little curly haired old lady down a dark hallway with her eyes glowing.

There's an inherited health condition - something to do with connective tissue? - that has been diagnosed that way. People who have it show reflective retinas in flash photos.

i once saw red little eyes in my dark play room with a sliding door and a doggy door in the door to go outside in the room found out it was a raccoon and little babys

Some of these just make me so so very sad about the way we mistreat animals then laugh about it. I mean yeah, a lot of them are funny or even cute, but like the poor turtle in the wall or the horses trapped in tiny places.
