If you eat healthy while doing cardio as well as lifting weight you won't have loose skin. Also she wasn't big enough before to have loose skin like that. Look at her nose and smile it's the same the guy I can clearly see is the same person even from the side.

Not everyone needs surgery to remove skin. If you lose the weight at a healthy rate and weight lift between cardio then your body can go back by itself

Having lost 170 pounds myself ... but being older than them...... there is loose skin everywhere...... and more wrinkles... I would love to have a tummy tuck but they are just too much money... so I tan instead.... I lost weight over two years but still the skin just hangs there.

ok they look amazing.... but all the extra skin has to be removed.... so there has to be cosmetic surgery...... an entire body lift.... stomach lift .... boobs done... for both of them.... him to remove and her to lift up.... losing weight is not the only problem.... these people had to have had surgery as well.... good for them but it costs a lot of money.

I lost 120 lbs and haven't had anything done. My upper stomach / rib area went back down by itself, my boobs kept a lot of fatty tissue and are great in a bra and not bad on their own. I have very little loose skin on my upper arm, I do have a saggy inner thigh, some back fat in a couple of places and on my lower belly. In formal wear, I use supoortive garments, otherwise I look fine. Some of those who lose a lot of weight luck out with elasticity/recovery while others don't. These two look pretty young, so there may have been no or just little surgery.

Seriously.... over eating is very much so a eating disorder just like anorexia is. believe it or not not all fat people choose to be fat, they just don't always realize what is causing it. IE: under active thyroid or other medical issues. Yes working out and eating healthier can helps some but not all people who are fat eat bad!

Normally I'm the one to say I don't care about the weight, the humans are beautiful in any skin, but here is a proof to me that these people truly look like the full potential versions of themselves. In some instances they are fairly bland and not so attractive before, but in most after pictures they become truly head turners. More incentive for me to loose the few extra pounds!

I think Wii fit is the keywork that will make it easy for you then. Wii is a gaming console, I'm not sure how Wii fit works, but the "against each other" part probably refers to who's got more points in the game or something like that. Amd there's nothing wrong with it. My fiance and I also compete against each other at, say, PuyoPuyo or Street Fighter sometimes. ♥

They are obviously training for fitness comps. They would only train to get this way for the comp and then tone it down for normal diet training when not competing. They would not be this ripped all the time. It takes massive mental amd physical dedication to prepare for these comps. Theyve done a great job. ????
