Could it be that these funny and engaging pictures that we see scrolling through our phones have deeper outcomes than just making us smile for a couple of minutes? According to the research that was conducted by American Psychological Association, people who, in this case, “consumed” memes during the pandemic, especially on this topic, were coping with the situation better than those who decided to use different types of media.
It was more of a joke than anything! :D
Load More Replies...I don't think this is wholesome actually. The bunny has to wear a thing around his neck and head that might feel uncomfortable, only because it looks better for the humans. It's not like the bunny itself can see it. Why is YOUR taste than what feels comfortable to the animal? It's a living animal, not a toy.
Or..that bunny never knew they were missing anything , until the owner completed it.
Load More Replies...omg, that is literally so sweet. we have two disabled chooks: blink who only has one eye (and shes a bit stupid) and hobble who had her leg crushed by an old owner who didn't want her running away. hobble likes to get carried around the back yard while i find grubs and feed her.
She doesn't need them, but what person wears the same outfit all the time?
How do we find memes helpful instead of, perhaps, a distraction? One factor is that very often, memes are found to be relatable in one way or another. For example, when COVID-19 touched each and every one of us in slightly different ways, we found comfort in understanding that we are not alone in this. When facing this unprecedented situation and being frightened by the news every day, memes work as a coping mechanism that eases the stress and minimizes the fear of the unknown.
Do you find yourself scrolling through funny pictures when the times get tough? What are some of the other strategies that you use to ease the tension and stress? Don’t forget to leave your tips and tricks in the comments down below!

I'm reminded of Rolo, an English dachshund, who was so happy his people were staying home for quarantine that he sprained his tail by wagging it too much.

The top 30 are the best. I usually recommend scrolling past the cut off, but not on this list. Too cutesy. I loved the top ones though.
Bouche is happily killing her toy mice and climbing up (only) the furniture she's not allowed to be on.
