    The profile photo used by the account’s founder really says it all, doesn’t it? Legendary TV chef Gordon Ramsay, staring off in the distance with a soulless look that practically screams disappointment, desperation, and disillusionment. It’s ‘fudge me, now I’ve seen everything’ encapsulated in a single pic.

    I have two great pans. One really good quality non-stick, one cast iron. I cannot get the non-stick to get a decent crust on a steak. But the cast iron is AWESOME. I couldn't believe how the same amount of heat and energy can have such different results.

    This looks like it was steamed in the microwave on low power for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. When i was 12, my dad dragged me to a business dinner with him and his co-workers, i ordered the prime-rib (thinking it was just a good steak) and being 12, ordered it medium-well. They brought out a 3 pound hunk of meat that was nicely seared, but almost exactly as raw in the middle. Sent it back twice with not much improvement before my dad starting paying attention, at which point he decided it looked incredible and devoured the entire thing. In it's place i got to discover the wonders of coal fired new haven pizza.
