I don’t know about you, but the lockdown is waking up the snacker and sweet tooth in me. And based on all of the memes I see on the internet, I am not the only one with such a craving.
So, why don’t we indulge ourselves in some elegant cake designs? Moscow-based bakery Tortik Annushka, run by brother and sister pastry chefs Madina Yavorskaya and Rustam Kungurov, has been coming out with elegantly intricate edible art for a while now.
The beautiful cakes not only look masterfully done and beyond stunning, with decoration ideas inspired by classic art as well as a pop culture but also make mouths water at the mere sight of them.
Bored Panda invites you to scroll through some of their cool cakes, and if you’re hungry for more, why not give them some love on their Instagram and Facebook? Or, better yet, if you’re living in Moscow, you have a chance to hit their bakery at Nagatinskiy Boulevard 6a, M. Kolomenskaya, Moscow.

This guy copies works from other artists and doesn’t credit them. Check it out: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DCaTNtRRebf/?igsh=M2l2OTk3OHNicmFs
Most likely... the price would reflect it, if this was ALL HAND PIPED on. That’s like hours of work right there.
Load More Replies...This reminds me of the VW “Harlequin” Golf, I almost bought one of those that had a different color on each panel. But settled for the Catalina Blue color instead. There was only 100 produced in 1996 and are the rarest of the 90s Golfs.
Load More Replies...The fact that there's some sort of hand-print...I don't think I could eat this. Amazing artwork though!

This one is my favorite! If you look at their Instagram, it's full of cherries! OUTSTANDING!!!
i was going to say sponge, but it does look more like a giraffe
Load More Replies...I don’t think that’s suppose to be spongebob
Load More Replies...It's a roller. You roll over the fondant or run the fondant through a small machine that's programmed to press it out that way.
Load More Replies...It’s not actually metal everything here is made entirely out of cake
Load More Replies...Yes they should’ve made a huge Olive with a toothpick sticking out of it.
Load More Replies...They're edible ink sprayed from an inkjet printer onto sheets of fondant. (Edit: this is literally the answer to the question. Why the downvotes?)
Load More Replies...This baker's got the goods! If only I could get a vanilla cake made and overnighted to me for my birthday with the covers of my 10 favorite Bowie albums on it. ::sigh::
The detail in these are amazing! They probably don’t taste as good as they look, as there is a good amount of fondant, but man do those cakes look good.
Usually you eat the inside, not the fondant :) but unless they have inedible structure, the cake has to be denser than preferable for these to stand up properly.
Load More Replies...Each one of these is a masterpiece! They're so well crafted, one most feel guilty cutting into any of them.
