Here's something for you to think about: Obediently using businesses that don't pay business tax, like Starbucks means that they don't contribute anything to society, like funding schools and hospitals, whereas if you bought your coffee from reputable places that do pay tax, we'd have better services.

Celebrity worship
I really don’t understand why people worship them especially the bad ones that treat people like c**p
I just previously mentioned Beatles fans. I grew up in the 60's/70's when the screaming and fainting were common reactions to Elvis and various bands. I've been fortunate to meet many musicians, some bands that are god-like famous, and I never had the urge to scream and drown out their music.

Gun Violence
Guns in general, with the exeption of those who acutally need such tools in their daily lives, e.g. hunters, hikers (in bear-land) or farmers that must protect their flock from wolves etc. They are not toys, and can be dangerous when uneducated people handle them incorrectly, or don't think things all the way through.
Pumping in more and more advertisements into...*everything*, even premium/paid monthly subscriptions/streaming. Sports are taking longer and longer due to more ads. More ads are being injected into everything.
It's hard to imagine most ads are even effective at all. How many people have bought an item or service based on advertising? If anything it makes me more likely to not buy it, especially if the ad is particularly annoying or way overplayed.
Also, ad agencies used to put much more effort into ads/commercials. Commercials were never a good thing, but some used to be slightly funny or entertaining at least.

Influencers filming themselves “helping” others, you’re not helping them, you’re exploiting them for your own gain.

I question this one as a generalisation. Even if child abuse and date rape were "acceptable" or at least not talked about in public until rather recently, that's no reason to ignore how they impacted people, as well as the people who claimed they were just "edgy" during the heyday os these practices.

Income inequality.
Granted, some professions deserve to earn more money than others; however, when CEOs are raking in obscene amounts of money and NOT PAYING THEIR FAIR SHARE OF TAXES while the people doing all the actual work are pinching pennies till Abraham Lincoln begs for mercy, that is not acceptable!
Sports betting or atleast the f*****g ad blitz. My state just allowed sports betting in the past couple years. Let me tell you, I have never seen a non substance addiction hit a state so f*****g hard. A lot of people I know are gambling addicts who don't want to admit it. It's only getting worse, too. I hope we get some documentaries on this initial wave of allowing sports betting.
I think we have atleast another decade of this before they start regulating it a little better. However, I think what ever regulation occurs, it'll be too little too late and it won't help.
And if Britain is anything to go by since a lot of the regulations were removed, it's only going to get much, much worse.
Political extremism
The problem is that no one considers themselves to be a political extremist. It's those crazies over there who disagree with me that are out in left field.
Strong opinions on things we are too lazy to research.
I still do it, I try to rethink important issues and say have I honestly researched this or am I just saying what I heard someone else say.
You need to see both sides of an issue - and maybe three or more sides. However, if you stick to your side, you are not necessarily being pig-headed; and if you change your mind, you are not necessarily wishy-washy.

I enjoy videos where an actual lawyer or doctor critiques the level of accuracy on a television show.
Distance from others. Nobody really talks or hangs out anymore since most people just talk on the phone or play video games. I'm guilty of this too, but I wish I hung out with my buddies more.
I play board games and DnD, and am in an irl book club. I love couch gaming too, although I also don't mind just playing with them online, which the op doesn't really clarify in this post if they are only counting irl hangouts
Advertising outside of actual storefronts. I don't think people realize how much damage the ad industry does. If you really think about it, most of the current political instability can be attributed to advertisment profit incentives to sensationalize the news and promote hysteria on social media. Killing ads would completely change the media landscape and seriously alter our way of life.
I am glad that I live in a country where road side advetising has been outlawed, so at least we don't get those ugly and distracting bill boards all over the place, and people can focus on driving their cars and not read ads.
