50 Times People Didn’t Even Realize How Bad Their Tattoos Were, As Shared On This Facebook Group
We all experience regret at some point in our life. Experts categorize it into two types: inaction — things we didn't do, like asking our crush on a date — or action — things we wish we wouldn't have done, such as drunk driving. This time, let's talk about the latter.
The Facebook group with the glorious name 'What in the $20 wish tattoo machine is this?' collects the absolute worst designs people carry on their skin, and they serve as the perfect proof that not every (drunk) idea is worth executing.
Since this online community is celebrating its birthday (it was created on November 9, 2020), we thought why not commemorate it, and introduce you, dear readers, to its content? Continue scrolling and check out some of the group's most popular posts.

“No Edward (bites lip) . . .I’m not scared”(blinks herself Into space)
(bites her lip so hard that she accidentally swallows it)
Load More Replies...I get the sparkly vampire fetish, but why is the fish sparkly? And why a FISH?
The rainbow fish is prettier than the other fish because of the glittery scales. The fish acts like a Karen to the other fish, until everyone else hates her. She spends her days miserable and alone. One fish starts being nice to her, and she gives it one of the glittery scales. Soon she gives a glittery scale to all the fish, and everybody is friends again.
Load More Replies...What we have here is less of a Jesus and more of a...Jeebus.
Load More Replies...What a lovely Tattoo of Barry Gibb. But why is he next to a fence post?
Reminds me of something my dad saw on an episode of Acapulco where a woman had a picture of Jesus. Turns out, it was actually Barry Gibb.🤣
Load More Replies...Ok honestly? I thought the top part of the cross was supposed to be some weird, ugly tattooed-on hairstyle before I kept scrolling down.
I think he should let "Monkey Christ" grandma have a go at it. Try and fix it up a bit.
We managed to get in touch with the group's administrator and moderator team, and a few of them were kind enough to tell us more about 'What in the $20 wish tattoo machine is this?'
"We do have certain criteria tattoos have to meet in order to go through the group," El Arp told Bored Panda. "There's a lot of boundaries the admins and mods have set in order to make sure our site isn't flooded with random stuff, like offensive tats, anything overly gory, etc."
I don't like Twilight but I admire her fandom. I would like to add that the placement of the main part of the tattoo is smart; usually not visible with a normal shirt. But those letters on the neck are going to be harder to cover up, unless you have a turtleneck, I guess.
Load More Replies...Edward didn't even HAVE fangs. I hate that series and didn't even read the entire thing and even I know that.
* Pours bleach into eyes* Also, I swear a vampire bite won't look like that.
What I dont understand is, vampire fangs located a bit more far from each other right, then why are their bite mark looks like that??????
plus the vampires from twilight do not even have fangs like this
Load More Replies...It would be bad enough for a young person to get this. Imagine the regret in later years.
I thought he was a "vegetarian"? Also, don't they leave crescent shaped bites?
I don't know what Timon and Pumba are on, but they appear to have no worries.
Load More Replies...I, again, hope that this was based on a drawing of Timon and Pumbaa that this person’s child made or something…
It's from a tattoo artist in Brazil, she is quite famous for her bad drawings https://awkward.com/this-brazilian-tattoo-artist-cant-draw-and-thats-why-people-love-her/15
Thank you for sharing, Alban. I thought her work looked familiar.
Load More Replies...To be fair I've had my kid draw and pick tattoos for me (she's 6, was 5 at the time) I really don't care if my tattoos "look bad" to other people. They're a reflection of my life and my life is about a 6 and nearly 2 year old. It makes them happy and as a parent your life should be about the kids you decided to have. One of my tattoos is for a trick or treating ghost for a friend my 6 year old lost. Sure it looks really out of place on a 28 year old who's tattood all over. But don't judge if you don't know the story.
i feel like the bad art is intentional, it looks cute and charming imo
"Barbara Manatee! Manatee! You're the one for me, sent from up above. You're the one I love." -- Larry the Cucumber
El Arp said that, "a lot of our problems lie in the kind of content our members send in. We get about 30+ posts submitted a day, and only about 10-15 of them are usually accepted."
"A lot of people will submit the same thing, their captions won’t be to the standard of the rules (especially the cursing rule) or they just aren’t bad tattoos (normally those are just what people don’t have a preference for or they think are strange)," El Arp explained, highlighting that the admins and mods want the group to be about terribly executed ink.
How did she not feel the tattoo going on the wrong spot?
Load More Replies...Or literally anything tattooed in/on your mouth? So many nerve endings in the mouth and people want a tattoo there? Huge nope from me!
Load More Replies...I'm sorry, this is her fault. You cannot NOT NOTICE the artist isn't IN YOUR MOUTH
Many bad tattoos are the persons fault. They should show you the drawing for the image & the placement before the start. I think I had to sign something once that I approved everything before they started
Load More Replies...How did she not notice?!? I have a mouth tattoo and you can definitely tell where you're getting inked !! :/
You should have stopped him as soon as he didn't pull your lip down.
Having? It's been living with the fallout of a stroke for quite some time I think. Those eyes are asking for a release from this world.
Load More Replies...You're all probably too young, but is it Clarence? https://youtu.be/85cPlbO0zHw
"Clarence, the Cross-Eyed Lion", that's it, lol! I was but a babe-in-arms, but I do remember this nonsense.
Load More Replies...It looks like he's seen way too many things...poor thing...it should rest and itself out of its misery
Sarah Sanderson looks like Matt Smith in a really bad wig.
In an odd way, I like it. Wouldn't want it on me forever, but it has personality
I had one of these that played a guitar. It was glazed. Very strange trinket indeed.
El Arp's colleague Erica describes the group's members as "a bit feral [but] in a good way." Erica said they're fun and sassy, and that their energy is really contagious.
"It's nice to have a group where everyone is on the same page as far as content and interactions go," Whitney, who also helps run 'What in the $20 wish tattoo machine is this?', added.
Cheese and crackers! Actually, that's really good for a diy tattoo. I couldn't even draw like that on paper.
Okay but these doodles that look like this are so wonky they're adorable.
I once read about a Brazilian tattoo artist doing a similar style on purpose and is pretty well-received and famous for it.
Load More Replies...Rocky had come, equipped with a gun, to shoot off the legs of his rival.
Nah i don't think you should. Do you all not get stenciled on first? Wtf
My friend wore weed earrings.. to school…. TO SCHOOL??? This reminded me of it cuz that’s exactly what they looked like.
I see your weed earrings and raise you a weed necklace and safety pin earring ... for my high school's Picture Day ... in 1979, woohoo! I win ;-) 1979-My-hi...91f6d3.jpg
Same, it's rather cute in a minimalist kind of way
Load More Replies...This is why you shouldn’t doodle on your arm with a tattoo pen.
My sibling has, just looks like small bits of dirt everywhere. Ugh.
Load More Replies...The Shrek is not that bad. The hedgehog is pretty dang adorable. Your Name is just smh, but at least it’s the correct your. I don’t know what the [as] is supposed to mean but I feel like I’d get it if I googled it, I assume it must mean something like semicolons and arrows. What I cannot… under any circumstances… understand is the figure in the upper left saying hisss. WHAT is that? WHO is that??WHY is that???
The [as] is Adult Swim, some late-night shows in Cartoon Network. Definitely not very family-friendly lol
Load More Replies...I'm afraid because i don't know what body part I'm looking at 😳😬
Some people have too many opinions on other people's bodies
Load More Replies..."The definition of a 'bad tattoo' is definitely different for the individual. What one might consider 'bad' is what another laughs at. On average, the posts that tend to get the most traction would be ones that look like they’ve been absolutely butchered compared to what they’re supposed to be," El Arp said.
That kinda looks like the arm doodles I did in pre school
Come on, be nice. That’s like 3rd grade level doodling. ☺️
Load More Replies...Eww, what? "When you give yourself a sleeve in one night"... it then gets infected in one night?
That tattoo makes me a saaaaaddd paaaanndaa....
Load More Replies...I think it looks like a course of antibiotics are in order
Load More Replies...I think infection was a few days ago, this is what ever happens next 😅
Load More Replies...Same. Why does Shrek not have eyes? Why is the e at the end a 3?
Load More Replies...I like this one. Also, I'm currently watching Shrek 2. It's an absolute classic.
It's too long, in my opinion. It just seemed to drag on forever.
Load More Replies...What was the original phrase? Are you talking about only God can judge me or is there something from Shrek I don’t remember?
Load More Replies...And that includes reeeeaaly dishonoring his arm.
Load More Replies...Genuinely asking (please don’t downvote), how do you spell dishonor in British English? Maybe it’s closer than it seems to us America English speakers? A color, colour kind of thing? 😟 I hope…
I'm an old lady and I don't have any tattoos. It looks like this person suffered a lot of bruising. Is that normal?
That looks like tattoo ink. They haven't cleaned it off yet.
Load More Replies...When he realizes the spelling error he will have a squiggly red line tattooed underneath
However, if they were to pick something, Erica believes the most popular are "scratcher tattoos, wonky or blown out lines, and my favorite: lettering fails."
"I love the things members think that those types of tattoos say. Always a good time."
This is going to cause a serious skin infection if there already isn’t one.
Wtf happend? Infection? Looks like mold! Jesus Christ people, don’t buy cheap tattoo’s. You gonna have it the rest of your life so spend some money and go see an artist and not a stoned guy from Craigslist….
yes infection. either bad tattoo place, or didn't follow instructions.
Load More Replies...Ignoring the fact it was terribly done, and is definitely infected, wtf is it even meant to be?
well i guess you’ll always know the time and twice a day you’ll actually be right (i can’t do fecking math)
..Except it's only right 1/720 of the time..
Load More Replies...is it jst me or does that hand look a bit swollen? like an infection is starting to kick in or sumn....
I bet this came from someone making a “too much time on your hands” quip.
Looks pretty infected. Best go to A&E... If they've got 'time on their hands'... I thank you!
It's a skeleton of the dreaded house centipede. That's not a tattoo. It's an actual glimpse into the portal to hell.
Load More Replies...kind of getting junji ito vibes, creep factor is definitely there at least
So those are wings I guess for the folks at the bottom but you know, damn well, the look like tiny asses.
Why would you want a silhouette of Donald Trump pole-dancing?
Hey ladies, drop it down , just wanna see you touch the ground, don’t be shy girl, go Bananza, shake your body like a belly dancer.
Erica says 'What in the $20 wish tattoo machine is this?' is perfect for everyone who loves tattoos and chaotic humor. "I'm honored to be on the team that does their best to keep things up and running, and our members who find the wackiest posts."
El Arp also wanted to mention that, "the admin and mod team are fantastic and I consider them some very good friends of mine. They truly make this group a wonderful experience for everyone involved, and I’m very lucky to be a part of that team. We have fun, joke around, and shame terrible ink, which is exactly what this is all about."
That’s a Bratz doll. The feet are supposed to look like that.
Load More Replies...She's got her fishnets, thigh highs, garter, lip liner, gun.. so what's in her other hand, is that like a fire bomb or just a Bratz purse? Somehow, I would not be surprised at either answer.
Honestly if it were just a drawing I would think it's pretty good. But why would you get that permanently tattooed on yourself?!
My favorite part of this is how her winged eyeliner doubles as a barette.
If this was, say, this person’s child’s drawing, that they then got tattooed onto their body, that’s KIND of sweet, but I can just imagine the parent embarrassing their child 10 years from now in front of their dates… “Oh, let me show you what Timmy drew when he was 5!” ::pulls down leggings to expose thigh:: “Isn’t it CUTE?”
I was thinking this must be a child’s drawing and that it was sweet. Then you go and logically freak me out by describing where it is! Lol! I hadn’t thought of that. My friend got her daughters, twin 6 yos and an 8 yo to each draw her a heart. She tattooed them on her inner forearm. That placement is way more appropriate.
Load More Replies...Good lines, good saturation... It's doodle or child's art tat, nothing wrong with it.
So many of these tattoos are concerning. It looks like severe mental illness in several cases like this one.
"Are you sure you don't want to lay down while I do this?"
Load More Replies...If you can’t read the whole thing here you go: “I bought you a boquet of flowers as a surprise & I still have them & I like watching them fade & wither kind of like every love experience I’ve been hypnotized in so deeply I forgot my hair was dead or I remembered youthful naivety & how it cursed my soul so I tried losing my inner child but they came back swinging as the last pedal fell from what once was beautiful flowers I wanted to surprise you with but now they’re dead so I roll them into cigarettes to remind myself I’m alive & life may be my one true love & even then we’ll split but that’s okay because colors fade to gray but maybe feelings & secretly, I hope those feelings you feel about me being these pedals back to life.” There are parts of what is written that are beautiful, but as a whole this is concerning of potential mental health issues.
It's possible that this may have been a letter from someone that passed. The way it's written on the body might have been the handwriting
Load More Replies...And earlier too. And bouquet. But a lot of it is surprisingly correct.
Load More Replies...I'd like to assume that crazy writing, big and small, going all over the place is because of your "angst" but I imagine you just got a shitty tattoo from a shitty artist who should've used the college-rule edition instead of going permanently w***y-nilly.
I really hope they’re lyrics. That would make me less worried about this boy.
Load More Replies...Sir I don’t think your belt is working properly, I believe it should be tightened just a little bit :)
Dear Marge, Maybe it s the beer talking but truly you have a butt that won t quit. Theyve got these soft pretzels gug secf fhj gf fydu $5?! Get outta here.
So many misspellings! Boquet instead of bouquet, suprise instead of surprise, remembed instead of remembered, naivety instead of naivete, pedal instead of petal.......my head hurts!!!!
It's not uncommon to have regret immediately after getting a tattoo, especially since you're used to seeing your body a certain way and then, all of a sudden, it appears different.
To help you come to terms with any immediate anxiety or regret you may experience, experts at Healthline suggest you permit yourself to wait it out.
It may take a while for you to grow into or get used to the ink but remind yourself that if the anxiety or regret doesn't pass, you still have options to either cover it up or start a removal process.
While the exact time frame can vary, Dr. Richard Torbeck, a board-certified dermatologist with Advanced Dermatology, P.C., recommends taking at least six to eight weeks after getting the tattoo before going for removal.
He said this allows for delayed tattoo reactions that can occur with some pigments to be resolved.
Additionally, it gives you the opportunity to think through the process and decide if this is really what you want.
Dice? Buildings? Legos? Speaker amps? All of the above?
Only someone who can't actually see it while it's being done?
Load More Replies...He's lucky he doesn't have to see it. I recommend keeping a shirt on in the summers cause damn!!!
This is not a fail. While not particularly fond of the style, this is clearly the Tarot "Seven of Swords" (reversed) whose meaning - according to whom you ask - seems to be along the lines of "keeping secrets from others", "getting away with a lie", or simply "hidden motives" etc.
Oh, it's still a fail. I don't think this is a "style". I think it's just a terribly done tattoo.
Load More Replies...What’s up with all the bruising in the rib cage area? I hope they didn’t fight to get that.
Is the palm magnetic? Even if you *could* hold swords between your fingers this way, they all need to at least be *between* your fingers.
That's what I'm betting. This is exactly how my little sister drew people when she was four or five.
Load More Replies...I know my hubby is oddly not hairy but does this person’s armpit hair look extra long? But the tatts. I think once it fades a bit it’ll go well with the other tattoos.
Unnaturally long lol I'm hairy but this is...odd.
Load More Replies...I'm thinking this is exactly how this Potterhead wanted it to look, so I guess it's not "bad" necessarily.
I am worried she had to tattoo this reminder. How much does she lie!!
Load More Replies...It's from harry potter. A reference to when harry was punished for lying
Load More Replies...I really love how they busted out cursive for "must" as if to accentuate the demand.
Why is only one of the words in cursive? Is that how it was in the book?
That's f****d. Anyone confused should look up Blood Quill and Harry Potter.
There are technical elements that are done quite well, like the shading and gradient blending (the red to black on the bow and highlighted parts on the hair). But overall, it’s just incorrect enough to make me feel real uncomfortable.
Well so far this isn’t that bad, just gotta go back and have it added on
The facial anatomy is VERY off, and Snow White only has one eyebrow :/
Load More Replies...Well, on the bright side, a touch up of this is gonna be easy for a skilled artist ....
And at first I thought her thumb was a nipple...
Load More Replies...I feel bad for the tattoo artist that had to do this - looks like they have talent but good God what a terrible idea
Load More Replies...It’s not to my taste but it is actually well done, great expression on Laurie, and if you like the movie Halloween you’ll know who it is / they are. Once it’s healed it will look great.
Ahhh. I thought it was a blend of their grown children at first and was thinking, "What the f**k is wrong with Michael?" Thanks for clearing it up for me.
Load More Replies...Well, yeah, it's Laurie Strode (left) and Michael Myers (right).
Load More Replies...I kinda love it but it feels like 5/8 Laurie to Michael ratio. A little more Michael and it would be amazing. Just my 2 cents worth.
How many legs does that tiger actually have? We do see it has one extraordinarily long neck tho.
“Ya, this is looking good, Joe. Now go on a break and I’ll finish the tattoo for you.”
i had this poster as a kid, this is almost exactly how it looks... lol
I thought Dr. Phil for a minute but survey says… STEVE HARVEY!
Load More Replies...I hate to break it to you guys but I think it might already be dead 😳
Load More Replies...Honey, don’t move— let me get the largest fly swatter we have.
Guhhhhugh *shudders* - My first reaction GUHUGUGH *shudders* - My 37th reaction
This looks like some sort of ink or makeup (I hope); the way it looks a bit smudged somehow
Oh god it looks like they've cut themself and put ink in the cuts 😬
Load More Replies...If you're gonna get inspirational words tattooed on your forehead, at least have the sense to put the letters backwards so that you can read them. At this point, that tattoo is for you alone, so why not take it to the max?
You should've heeded those words! Now you are stuck with this monstrosity!!!
I just wish my forehead were bigger so I too could be cursed.
Load More Replies...You’ve never been to a Chipotle then….tattoos and piercings are part of the dress code I think, which is great because no one needs to be judged for that stuff.
Load More Replies...Holy c**p what did the artist use to put that on her leg, a jigsaw? Maybe a hatchet, cause those likes are choppy as hell.
Omg !! I did not know that that was a woman's leg. I thought it was a man's flat a*s chest !!
Load More Replies...It's a branding from a cautery pen, not a tattoo. Fairly common brand in the qu!nk community. Often corset piercings under them.
Eeeh, I can't help but try to figure what part of the body these are on and I find it even more disturbing.
Back of the thigh. I think it's when women get little bows back there to mimic cute old-timey stockings. This is not cute.
Load More Replies...Now she is bow legged. As in I love to go swimmin' with bow legged women and swim between their knees.
Oooooh. That's where my 5 year old Grandgem was coloring. I thought he got on my walls !! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Huh? Looks pretty cute to me. Have I just looked at so many of these posts I'm desensitized to the crappiness of it all?
Or we’re getting some kind of Long Post Stockholm Syndrome.
Load More Replies...If the design was done by a professional it would look super cute! It still looks kinda cute now!
The moons a little wonky, and the mush caps, but overall, not terrible.
Shouldn't see the skirts on any of these amanitas - all are too closed for that feature to show. That's really the one thing throwing me off here, although that moon is...uh. A moon, for sure.
i would have the mushroom only..... idk about u guys but i wouldn't get anything else from this tattoo. the middle mushroom
Oh I love unnecessarily censoring things. Do you wanna **** a snowman?
Load More Replies...I actually love this. Not as a tattoo, needs to be better done, but as an art piece.
It's a really good concept but in terms of execution some things should be changed. That skeleton's hand will disappear in time. Comes off simultaneously heavy-handed and too-light in some areas too. Damn though, that could have been something.
How much weed was being smoked at that concert for you to think she amazing artist?
Discount dumbo or ‘vegan’ not completely sure which to laugh/cry about
Ah yes, the little-known elephant species where the ears are attached to the neck, not the head.
This one is not that bad. It's actually kind of an interesting design.
Yeah it's beautiful to me...I mean I could see where the squirting nipples may be weird but I like it
Load More Replies...I know men's nipples are basically useless, but now they're just unappealing. 🤢🤮
Load More Replies...If @scorpio_appologist got anything other than a painfully messy scribble you got the bad end of the trade.
It looks like he's holding the paper with the design on it at the top but then the bottom looks like it's actually tattooed on. I'm confused.
You know how hard face tattoos make it to get a job. I mean you do it if it makes you happy. To each their own..
They do it because they have no foresight hand mental illness
Load More Replies...Amy Winehouse, I think. Who, incidentally, did look a bit like Janice.
Load More Replies...Honestly. . Deep in my crazy soul I kinda like it. Judge me if you wanna.
I actually kinda like this one. could be done a bit cleaner etc, but design wise, it's cute and just that tiny bit edgy heh
At what point do the tattoo artist say " naw bro, I'm not doing this." Lol
When he/she has so much money they don’t need to work any more.
Load More Replies...My theory this guy gets so drunk he forgets where he lives and this gets him home.
That amazing, toxic people should be labeled so we know to avoid them.
This is what they were going for. She's a demon/vampire creature that refuses to kill and eat people, so that's a gag she wears most of the time. It's from an anime called Kimetsu no Yaiba. Of course, it looks like they "dong-ified" the gag. 🙄 9220817453...fb8360.jpg
No one is ever going to think the object in her mouth is not what we are all thinking it is
Everything they still have to do in this tattoo, they never ever going to save that left eye
This looks like a work in progress, not fair to judge it. ... Unless I'm wrong.
I’m glad they labeled their knee as “knee” so they won’t forget it’s their knee!
A secret math nerd? There’s a Venn diagram and a sin wave all up in there.
Is the middle of the venn diagram supposed to be the brain on antidepressants?
I’ve read others’ comments on tats before that tats with thin/fine lines like this… over the years the ink spreads out, the tattoo loses definition, and gets blurry and turns into a blob.
I have been told it depends how deep the ink goes into the skin and, that in itself depends on how good the tattooist is. Also, always protect wirh sunscreen.
Load More Replies...This one's actually quite nice. It would look even better with some colour, I reckon! One in shades of blue, one in oranges and reds with black highlights, and one in green and yellow. 🦋
A shitty tattoo of a guy who also has shitty tattoos. Does that make it good? Nope.
Is the top one supposed to be Scar from the Lion King. Did they plan it that way or did they mess up and then made it look like Scar?
I think its a great job for learning...the lines are pretty good...practice makes perfect 😁
My main issue with this one is that the artist clearly used a liner when they should have used a shader
Load More Replies...I got a jack tattoo but you know PROFESSIONALLY DONE....
Load More Replies...I really dont get the obsession with this movie. Legit. I watched it a couple days ago for Halloween and its low quality, the story isn't that good, and it's very very odd. Not tryna hate but w h y?
One of my ex's exes had "thriller" with a down arrow tattooed just below his navel
To be fair, all the words are spelled correctly… honestly, I’m shocked!
Is that a tattoo of the McDonalds arches on the left or some kind of skin condition?
I swear people of bored panda all have my sense of humor. Every time I see a of and think of something funny about it, someone had commented the same thing. I've found my people.
Load More Replies...This is actually phenomenal. It's just really, really fresh
Ive never seen an artist with such a skewed set of skills, because color, shading, and detail of the clothes are great, but the general shape and the face are so wonky....its like trying to figure out some surrealist painting, the more you look at it, the weirder it gets.....
Hmmm, I can see where they’re coming from, but having the treble clef upside down bugs me more than somewhat!
Oh god - I have that symbol tattooed on me. It's just the clef heart in black line though, not all that other weird junk. And the treble is not upside down either.
Just as well it's so badly done there is room to squeeze EA in
Load More Replies...Tell me you're a controlling douchebag without telling me you're a controlling douchebag.
A mix of Junji Ito's famous Tomie picture that a lot of people get tattooed and the MC from Jujutsu Kaisen
I feel like this one isn’t so bad because that’s the cover art for one of car seat headrest’s albums, twin fantasy. I guess I could see the appeal if you’re a big fan of the band. One of my friends has this as a sticker.
this is a band logo/album cover design for a band. looks fine with context
Carseat Headrest is a shite name for a band. Did they literally just point at something and go: "Yeah, that works!".
Came here to say that. Current trend: any random noun. Car Seat Headrest. Spice Jar. Porches. Bleachers.
Load More Replies...As a wolf, I’m offended. Our ears don’t grow out of our foreheads.
I didn't think yall were into edible flowers either lol
Load More Replies...I think the top bit is a really fat upper arm and the tattooed bit the fore arm?
Load More Replies...As with so many of these, the concept is ok, but execution absolutely sucks! My tattoo artist likes me, because I provide her with a good original design, and she’s exceptionally good at inking them.
I'm laughing so hard this made my butt pucker - and thankfully they have all the toilet paper I need!
Is this maybe a reference to raising Arizona? Terrible tattoo, great movie
But it was diapers though. That's what I thought for a second. This still is funnier than hell.
Load More Replies...I thought at first it was a sexy Luna Lovegood, but she's a Ravenclaw. Edit: spelling
Well, after I managed to figure out what it is, it’s sorta ok, but really needed to be better designed.
This one had so much potential, i think it would be beautiful, if it had been done by a more experienced artist.
I thought that was a creepy dude at the bottom at first. Now I see it is the center of a rose. Right?
This could have been so much better inked by a better artist - the shading is ok, but those hands…
The only thing I see wrong is the hands are a bit bad, and the angle of the chest seems a little off, but, otherwise this is nice!
as you can clearly tell who it's supposed to be then it's not all that bad.
tbf, this one looks half done, like they haven't even wiped the transferred design away, and it needs colouring. I'm not saying it's great, but maybe some colouring will save it a little.
it took me a moment to realise I was looking at an eye and not a gaping vajizzle-jazzle
There's... nothing wrong with this? Just folks judging people for liking anime.
Because a good part of the fans think that the main character was right in his actions to kill people by means of the death note. In fact, the main character is obsessed with making the world a "better" place and justifies his horrible deeds, just like pretty nasty people usually do. A tattoo from this series can lead to being associated with those fans who approve of vigilante justice. Having it on your hand means that you can't hide it very well.
Load More Replies...The only reason I get this reference is because I saw it on a Simpsons Treehouse of Horrors episode last month and had to Google it.
That one makes me smile! Execution (ha!) is a little shonky, but I’m loving the idea. Now, is that Dopey, or Sleepy under the mask?
The anatomy is a bit wonky, but the style makes up for it. I like it too, actually!
Load More Replies...I don't get it, It does say Laila right? Not an unusual name in Sweden.
This is well drawn but I wouldnt want to be around the type of person that would want this on them forever
I'm trying to figure out what looking longer does
Load More Replies...I'm a lepidopterist like Vladimir Nabokov! (My best friend in high school loved the thought of nervously blurting that out to try to run nerd game lol)
Load More Replies...Line work is pretty sketchy, you need to be precise when doing a simple design like this
Load More Replies...I really like this one! I like the message, too. No matter how dark it is right now, the sun will rise.
Actually not too bad; the lines are a little rough, but I like that and it’s not something to be embarrassed by. Don’t see a problem with this one at all.
Not mad about this. Especially when Compared to the others on this.
What's wrong with this? Might not be to everyone's taste but it's well done.
I’ve seen worse, but the edges of the moon could be smoother and fill on the leaves isn’t solid
Load More Replies...Not to bad, could have been a bit better drawn, but better than the majority on here.
That’s a really nice design, and pretty well drawn. It shouldn’t be here at all.
I think it's covering a scar. It's the top part of the wing on the right. Cool idea.
No. Don't do a large tattoo with lettering you can't easily read. I don't want to be staring at your chest to try and figure out what it says.
The eye anatomy/alignment is seriously off. They’re not symmetrical. Everything else looks pretty good, though.
Load More Replies...Really not very well drawn at all, the eye on the left looks like it’s upside down, and not properly aligned with the other eye, the snakes aren’t really very well drawn. Again, a nice concept spoilt by poor execution.
I got a tattoo in honour of my late dog too. (It looks a bit messy because I took this picture right after it had been done). Oscar-Tatt...0a-png.jpg
Answering mostly so the picture will show, but the blotchy areas aren't bad tattooing - I just bled a lot.

The "license plate" part looks out of place to me, but that's just my opinion, motherwise this is brilliant and Ihope she is happy with it. I've never owned a beagle but they're one of my favourite dog breeds, they're adorable x3
i think this would help me when they pass on, a part of them goes through life w u forever ❤️❤️
Load More Replies...And this is why you don't get "backyard tattoos" people. All of mine are done by liscened artists in clean, professional shops
Some of them don’t deserve to be here. And quite a few are honouring dead loved ones. If they’re happy, let them live, jeez…
Some of the bad drawing ones might be drawings done by their children. Which makes it sweet and preferable over having the kids face done looking like hell.
A tattoo is a luxury. Not a need. If you can't afford to go to a good, licensed tattoo artist that can do a good job on you, better if you don't get a tattoo at all. You can always wait and try to save a pair of bucks more to have a nice permanent draw on you. Also for safety reason it is always better going to a professional. Professional tattoo artists have to attend courses regarding safety procedures to get their license, so they don't risk to spread disease (including hepatitis and HIV) or infection misusing their needles (the professionals use always single use needles, a backyard one, I don't know)
Yeah, always wanted a tattoo, so now I am thinking about it seriously, got a good shop with good review, picked an artist with lots of experience and a solid portfolio with the style I want. Before I go, I will commission an artist for the draft with possibilities of retake (since it will not be on my skin yet). I cannot understand someone that will just half a*s it when it's one of the most permanent thing you can get done!

If you want tattoos, great! Get ‘em. If you don’t, that’s ok too. Seems like there are fewer and fewer people my age without tattoos. I just don’t think there’s anything I’d like to commit to having on my skin for the rest of my life. I’ve grown and evolved over the years. I can’t imagine I’ll be the same person in 20-30-40 years, that I am today.
