Do you ever get suspicious when things are going great that some nonsense is around the corner? The universe has plenty of tricks up its sleeve to remind us that happiness is not the absence of misery, but rather the way we deal with it.
Humor is oftentimes one of the best tools that help us to get through everyday life. It reduces stress and makes it easier to cope with all the challenges that come in our path.
'2nny' is an excellent example of this. This fun little social media project shares hilariously relatable jokes on our sleeping habits, work, relationships, and everything in between.
In these situations, a good laugh is a powerful reminder that we're tougher than we think and can tackle obstacles with a smile on our face.

Yes!!! listen phone etiquette is different these days. Don't leave me a voicemail unless you're a bot. I'll just assume your bot anyway. Text me. And if you want to call text to ask when is good. I literally get a pit in my stomach seeing a call. I immediately think someone died.
Preparing to be downvoted to oblivion. That’s not phone etiquette, it’s personal communication preferences.
Load More Replies...When phones became a thing they where so convinient, and people were so "bored" and socialy attuned that noone stopped to think about how rude they are. If anyone came into your home and shouted until you gave it atttention, you would throw them out. This is phone!
I'm older but most of my friends text to ask if it's ok to call . This way I can expect it and prepare to give my full attention when the situation needs an actual phone call instead of text.
Some people think this is primarily due to societies lack of communication skills. But think back to house phones. Phone rang and between 1 and 4 different persons could answer, you could also let it ring out and that meant no body was in. Then if you are busy with a location specific task aka gardening, toilet, cooking etc you could decline coming to the phone. Cellphones have given the perception to ppl that because the phone is literally in my pocket you can talk to me anytime of the day. And I believe human communication habits are not exacting like that for most people. So I am not in the least bit surprised that texting is becoming the primary mode of communication.
I’m kind of sad to see this. Sure text is great for a lot of things such as simple communications and for getting things in writing. I think voice calls have a place too. Having the ability to hear, understand and express emotions, unspoken verbal cues and intonation is important. Two way verbal communication is a simple skill that avoid a lot of misunderstandings when understanding intent, care, and is helpful in maintaining and developing relationships and trust better than simple text.
Lol! I don't decline the call, I let it ring. But then I'm honest about it. "I get too anxious to answer calls, sorry." Simple as that. :D
is it 90% of communication is non verbal body language so speaking on the phone loses so much, prefer to speak in person face to face...by all means texting between two people puts them evenly communicating,no body language required (interesting what information gets stored in the brain after a "effective communications" course years later)
The tone of voice during a call can communicate a lot.

Don't text me "Hey, how you doing?' If I don't recognize your number, you're just phishing and I will delete and block. Identify yourself if you want a reply.
Also if it’s an unknown number if they really need me they can text cuz idk who they are
Self destruction can be fun to make fun of. I laugh at myself alot.
Childhood memories of me and my siblings laying down in bed when it rained hard, mostly the monsoon season back in the country, just laying there hearing the rain dropping on the roof, feeling that comfort, falling asleep, waking up and falling asleep again, happy times-happy memories
when you need sleep but the sleep dont need you 😘✌🏻 edit: why was i downvoted 😭
I just don't talk. It was drilled into my head as a kid. "Bitter, you're rambling. Bitter, please shut up."
I can't flirt either, I interrogate men to check compatibility
My family has a delusional view of me, so I do what I can to avoid them.
My anxiety won't let me argue via text for fear of a massive miscommunication.
I'll straight up ask. I've gone on several 1st-2nd dates and it sort of ended there. I'll attempt to ask what, if anything, turned them off. Red flags, etc. Honesty is a common complaint, I don't get it.
People who show me new podcasts are important. People who show me to books are important.
Same. I hate that some phones do the "read" thing. I don't need you to know that I'm ignoring you.
I’m patting myself on the back because my old a**e actually can make all that out
paranoia is like spicy stuff, great in small doses, horrific in large ones

It was all the same person, over and over again. I know bp loves to steal from other social media, but, like, at least put a little effort into it.
this list feels...off, somehow? i think the tweets are too short and it's weird to see a giant list of submissions that are like 5 words each
I thought it was just me, like my age thing. I'm glad I'm not the only one.
Load More Replies...those messages were extremely painful to read. what has happened to communication in todays society??
