This never happens to me cause my hair looks better after s shower lol like i brush when theres conditioner in my hair and the try to let it dry naturally so the little waves and curls stay together 😊

I used to be like this. I'd get irrationally angry, even though I really didn't want to be, my dr tested my thyroid and was shocked I wasn't in a coma. They got my levels figured out and I've not been like that since.

last week i slept around 2.5 hours one night. i was only alive because of a LOT of caffeine. it was my most productive day in weeks... i know it's not sustainable but i wanna be that productive again

My psychiatrist told me that I'm more tired when I sleep a lot because sleep is a depressant and the more I sleep and lay about the more I will want/need to. I'm wide awake with no sleep usually...like right now.

I found that two 'low sleep' days a week helped my productivity and inspiration... The seven days did not...
