A picture is worth a thousand words... At least that's exactly how people feel when seeing illustrations by a mysterious Japanese artist Avogado6.
The illustrator and video editor don't share many personal details about his life. "I am an ordinary person who likes chemistry," he writes on his Twitter profile, but the meaningful drawings of the artist are far from ordinary.
Avogado6 manages to create sentimental, vivid images by drawing feelings and emotions that might seem hard to describe with words. And sometimes his sad drawings don't really need an explanation, as they convey the emotions so well, often hiding a harsh social issue behind them.
The artist has more than 650k followers on Twitter and has published two books. And his success is sure to grow bigger with time, as this Japanese art maestro delivers new deep meaning illustrations very often, deciphering problems with society and our inner fears better with each one.

Look at the shadow... it seems that his own chipped parts are casting that chipping shadow. Maby it meens that we are our greatest enemies. I know that I can be great... as long as I trust myself. On other hand, when I am insecure, I am dumb as hell 😉😎

I may be looking way too deep into these but heres what i thought: The flower could be repesenting love and the picking of the petals could be playing on that whole "he loves me, he loves me not" rhyme sooo it could be representing a broken heart and the more times the person's heart was broken the more desensitised the person became, leading on to become a doll which is made of plastic and emotionless...?
There is no wrong answer I think. Everyone can look at each image and see what they see. I think this is what the beauty of each image. : )

Loosing someone and leaving it to the odds for either to let the wounds heal or to commit suicide. Dolls represent emptiness, feeling empty. The hands being hurt represent anger because these are injuries made from punching recklessly. petals represent love. Bandage represent healing. And finally, flowers represent relationships.
I know this is long! But please tell me allow me tell you my interpretation on this beautiful image. Flowers represent relationship. The character is pickling the flowers one by one. This is done when people don't know what to do and want to leave whatever they are going to do up to the odds. Like rolling a dice. The left hand is shown to be a fake; a doll per say. This shows that the character feels emotionless and empty like a marionette. This is a good contrast to the right hand, which we can see that it has injuries most likely made by the self harm of punching a wall/someone/yourself. The bandage represents a way of wanting to heal wound and stop pain. the fact that it is laid off the body with a petal laying beside it represents that the character might have chosen to kill herself probably due to a an important relationship being gone over letting time heal his/her wounds.

I think it just questions if love is real or not. Also, maybe it is suggesting that a lot of people stress about finding love or not being single and sometimes go into relationships knowing the love is a fake love.

This is kind of what depression is like.. you try to stop crying but there isn’t really a reason for it., it makes sense to me

I agree with your first part. He suffers from some serious depression, if he views the world like this. But having had to overcome my clinical depression, I don't admire this at all. Just thinking about this is depressing as all get-out. :(

I love reading all of the other interpretations on these drawings. We are all looking at the same picture but see different things based on our own unique life experiences and perspectives. Very interesting.
I feel very sad for people that suffer like this, more so because my life has been a playgound, I've had so much enjoyment, fun, met some of the best people, and its all due due to blessings, karma, or just plain luck, undeservedly so.
There are stunning. Very well done and so accurate, I can speak from experience. I strongly believe that everyone has a path in life, and no one's is the same. However your life is going, there is a reason for it, and even if it may not seem like it, good things are possible. So never stop dreaming, never stop hoping, never stop living.

Most of them described what depressions are like. For someone who have been there, i completely understand
Heavy stuff. To me they're more introspective than depression oriented. Point of view I guess. Either way he's a talented person who deserves a close and thoughtful look.
