A picture is worth a thousand words... At least that's exactly how people feel when seeing illustrations by a mysterious Japanese artist Avogado6.

The illustrator and video editor don't share many personal details about his life. "I am an ordinary person who likes chemistry," he writes on his Twitter profile, but the meaningful drawings of the artist are far from ordinary.

Avogado6 manages to create sentimental, vivid images by drawing feelings and emotions that might seem hard to describe with words. And sometimes his sad drawings don't really need an explanation, as they convey the emotions so well, often hiding a harsh social issue behind them.

The artist has more than 650k followers on Twitter and has published two books. And his success is sure to grow bigger with time, as this Japanese art maestro delivers new deep meaning illustrations very often, deciphering problems with society and our inner fears better with each one.

Don't let your job use up your batteries. I used to work for a place that used people up because, "We will just hire somebody else" Letting your work use up your batteries is not the right place to work. I'd love to give advice to those who need an ear.

Did you work in architecture? An architect I used to work with said architecture was the only profession that ate its young.

As an introvert, I am never fully charged. It runs out while charging.

I can't deny, after a grueling day, I have many a time wanted to remove the batteries in my partner. but just couldn't find them. I learned to put something in her mouth instead. Works real well, and no expense of replacing batteries, either.

As in life, sometimes it's hard to remember which way the batteries go in.

Sometimes I guess people do think that we're eternal, never needing to take a break from life. We're human too.

This is actually quite accurate of what depression feels like in your body.... It's not been long enough for me to get better to look at this and feel fine. This gives me shivers.

“All by myself” or “I’m so lonely”. Either way, she just gave up and died.

Look at the shadow... it seems that his own chipped parts are casting that chipping shadow. Maby it meens that we are our greatest enemies. I know that I can be great... as long as I trust myself. On other hand, when I am insecure, I am dumb as hell 😉😎

This illustration is more poetic than much of the artwork that is out there today.

This says to me "So many things that want to plug into you. To use your energy and lifeforce, and drain you." Perhaps referring also to the electronics and devices that seem to consume our lives, in this illustration, quite literally.

I may be looking way too deep into these but heres what i thought: The flower could be repesenting love and the picking of the petals could be playing on that whole "he loves me, he loves me not" rhyme sooo it could be representing a broken heart and the more times the person's heart was broken the more desensitised the person became, leading on to become a doll which is made of plastic and emotionless...?
