We all have weird quirks that are fairly uncommon, to say the least. For the fear of being judged we keep them to ourselves, however, that doesn't stop us from being curious about what others have to hide. So, to indulge in this secret knowledge, Twitter user @drakesbrother started a thread asking people to share their weird confessions. The thread was quickly flooded with the strangest habits. Some confessed to measuring how long something will take in songs, others said that each time they get in their car, they make sure no one is sitting in the back seat. While some of these things do sound a little bit odd, let's not pretend that you don't relate. Scroll below for the list of confessions and don't forget to share your's in the comments. This is incredibly common. Everyone does this, actually. Intrusive thoughts. I tend to think “how much can I key this car”.

Your preparing for something your afraid of. I do that too. I don't think it's harmful as long as you aren't obsessed by it and remember to keep enjoying moments and love ones to the fullest.

I get stuck in this deep thinking where I think what actually happens when you die. Is there actually a heaven and hell? Reincarnation? Or is just like a dreamless sleep forever and ever and ever? Keeps me up most night just thinking about what happens when you die.

I do so to to the point when I'm not able to breath out of fear, anxitey and complete despair. I know it's not healthy, just can't help it. And then I panic I don't give enough attention to everyone.

I used to do that when my dad's health was getting bad and I can tell you, no amount of "preparing" helps you cope when the shit gets real and you will be caught off guard anyway no matter how "ready" you think you are. Try to let it go and enjoy the time you have...

its actually a good thing!...knowing that death is the last thing a person encounters,it only makes u stronger deep inside....maybe its a way of telling that u need to think more about what life has to offer(b4 u die)...be good,do good and see good!!fear of death makes u love life more!!

every now and again, I'll drift off to sleep in bed and right at the moment where my body is in complete relaxation and I'm about to fall... my mind goes "you're gonna die someday" and I develop a massive panic attack and I start to freak out and become unable to sleep for a good two to three hours after that. It sucks.

I do that too... less if I'm fine, but still. And sometimes I think geeees, one day e.g. my parents will be gone and while I had them I spent our precious time w/ thinking about their deaths. That helps me to let go the thoughts sometimes.

I think about it because I never cry and want to finally get all my feelings out. but now I can't do it anymore because I can't summon the tears anymore, I've gotten used to the idea of it happening so it hardly effects me

After sitting by my uncle's bedside and watching him die, I had massive anxiety attacks about death. But now that I have bad high blood pressure, I'm like cool with it. Okay, I'll probably die quickly of a heart attack. Okay.

Christine M Quigley

As much as you think you're prepared for a death, when it happens, you sometimes don't react the way you thought you would. I just think no matter what happens, I will find a way to cope, get support and help if I need it. Can't be too proud to ask for help. I've lost both parents, 3 out of 4 grandparents and 2 very close friends to cancer. Every time I reacted differently. The worst was my paternal grandmother- we were very close.

I think about my next dog passing away and it kills me, i get into thinking about it and can't stop until i am utterly sad, i don't know why, maybe because of how painful it has been losing the others, i don't know. My own death i am absolutely fine with, my mortality doesn't bother me, i know i will die one day.

Tamerah Long

I did this too... until I lost 2 brothers, a father and a grandmother in the space of 2 years. All that preparation was a complete waste of time. It is physically impossible to prepare yourself for how you will actually deal with it in reality.
