I was about 6 when I opened my Angel Tree present and received the AUTHENTIC Crayola 256 Box Set (I knew how much it cost, something like $25) and not 1, not 2, not even 5, but 10 whole coloring books all for just me! My parents swear they thought I had won the lottery!

These are still around! Last Christmas I bought one for my husband and one for my daughter (and one for myself).

I don't know if I can throw mine away. It's like saying good bye to a faithful friend. When Spotify is down or my music is so obsolete that it doesn't exist in digital form, my faithful compact disc's will always be there to sing to me. Now, I just don't know what to play them on...

Case logic! I mowed lawns and saved up the $40 to get the 100 disc case... Good times

yeah i'm too lazy to upload all the songs of my past on my devises so they are just sleeping in their tombs for iturnity collecting dust

I love my various downloaded playlists that are conveniently on my phone that goes with me whenever I leave the house.

I just went through and ripped half of mine, going to do the rest soon. Making a new collection that only has my CDs and a few newer songs and keep it on my phone as my happy music. Well, a lot of it is 90s music and wasn't all that happy... But it makes me happy to have it in one place! I'm also going to rip my DVDs and scan important documents and put all of that and my photos on one drive that I can keep with me in the zombie invasion. I'm not buying guns or food, so I probably won't survive, but I'm going out with all my stuff and a good soundtrack!
