This one I feel is an exception - The girl was trying to "hold" the building between her hands. The only way to get the shot would be to have been laying down. This is also the only one I would like to have seen how it turned out

I look at my great grandmother's old albums and there are pictures of her family and friends at the beach, the grand canyon, snow etc...with them present in the pictures... I think it is more of a "look I was here", not saying its not vanity, but I think they also appreciate the places and want to capture that for years to come to remember not only in their minds. :)

Why is this so wrong? Taking a good photo from an unusual angle is very common. They look very good and nobody pretends they are anything else than what they are. These people were not forced to do anything, they do it to please the person they love, just like giving them flowers and presents. And it lasts forever. So, good for them.

There is literally nothing wrong with the majority of these. It's literally just a gallery of people taking photos of other people. Standing there, with the phone in front of their face. Like you normally do, when taking a photo of something. Want to steady your hand? Rest the phone on a fence, on your knees, or even on the ground. The only one which remotely fits the title is the very first one.

A lot of you are hating on the women for "making" their guys do this, if you look at a lot of their expression, they don't look "forced" in fact, a lot of them look happy to do it, probably got a laugh out of it. I find it more disturbing people are taking pictures of these guys taking pictures. You never know who is watching you, bit creepy!

Why so many haters saying looks fake poor guy all that stuff anything for a good shot it is the artist in them . I am a very tall girl and I wish some one would learn how to take a decent pic of me I always look like a giant because they angle the camera the wrong way I think this is a creative fun way to spend time with someone else girlfriend boyfriend or jjust friend

Whats the problem with taking the pics? Maybe they have great laughs talking about what the guy had to do to get the pic. Everyone is always so negative about how they do these for likes or whatever. I don't know why everyone is so annoyed with this. Yes, some of these photos are quite ridiculous, but me, having a boyfriend who likes to take photos, most of the time he is the one asking me to pose, even tho I completely suck at it, and we like to take pictures to keep for ourselves, not to post on social media. I don't know what's the problem in photographing the moments you want to remember later.

Yeah. Standing and crouching require so much effort. If my husband considered this bending over backwards, I would be sorely disappointed in him. Even so, I would never ask my husband to do any of this in the first place because I don't care about trying to build up a fan base. I don't quite understand it.
