Reminds me of me and my husband... no baby yet! But we're trying!
Jordi Lafebre is an illustrator, graphic novel author and character design artist from Barcelona, Spain, working as a freelancer since 1998. The artist shared with Bored Panda that he loves all kinds of art forms that involve storytelling. "I do love to tell stories."
Lafebre revealed that when he was a kid, he was drawing all the time. He also loved to play with his toys, coming up with all kinds of adventurous scenarios, as kids do. This passion for storytelling has never stopped. He holds a degree in art from the University of Barcelona and a degree in graphic arts from the Joso School in Barcelona, Spain. "My first gigs and publications were when I was 19 - pretty young. With not so much clue about the world or life - and I’ve been an artist ever since."
I think it supposed to mean love lasts forever and no matter how long your away from or hiding from it truth is, you will always find comfort in Gothenburg 1’s u love 💗☺️
Edit to previous comment Gothenburg ment going to the 1’s you love it edited itself auto correct ami right
This one number 6 and number thirteen are actually from a book called Always Never. It's a great book.
I guess I'm the polar opposite of this person. My comics feature snakes eating children, bears killing hikers, the easter bunny on a crucifix, etc.
Look up at number 1 for my comment on these 2 images of the old couple
The artist admitted that he puts his energy into creating stories, which he loves to do. Even with a simple image, Lafebre strives to reach the audience's feelings, in a positive way. "I like to recreate life as it could be, meaningful and full of good feelings."
Lafebre grew up in Barcelona in the ’80s and '90s, meaning that he was watching all kinds of nice cartoons, animation and anime on TV and reading comic books from a news kiosk. "I remember collecting prints and magazine pages with classic art examples and studying them with attention and fascination. I really think that the combination of popular culture and classic fine art is what creates the artist I am today."
Baby laughter is so precious. When my oldest would laugh, he'd go ahoo ahoo, so he became my little hoot owl. To this day, his nickname is hootie
What's great is that it works on adults, too!! 😃

I want to have kids, but I can very easily see why some don’t they are a lot of work. Plus if everyone had kids, then there are less resources to go around. you could always be a aunt or uncle or a good friend who helps with someone else’s children

That was totally me as a child! My siblings were smart but athletic & adventurous. I was entirely disinterested in the physical world and was only happy when reading and writing.

I am the first to see them and it’s always magical. There is a moment when the piece I am working on is finished, some new world is created inside, and I can go and live there for a moment, and let the audience and readers live there as well."
Oh I love this! It's showing their reflection in a puddle! That's so sweet!
Really? It's also showing gay marriage, and it's really cute how the cups come together to spell coffee.
Load More Replies...Goofy foot? But then wouldn't the board would be hanging the other way?
Load More Replies...Did anyone else notice that guy is either planning to snowboard while balancing on one foot, or he's gonna have to do it with his legs crossed?
Did any one else see that? I'm not saying it's wrong but is the person in the pink a guy?
For some reason I would have expected you to say that about dogs and bunnies. And swans are rude and vicious!
Load More Replies...Love is a game that you can always win with a partner that knows how to play
Why does this make me sing "Kiss de girl! Shalalalalalala don't be shy!..."
I’m thinking about the time I got attacked by a swan.
Load More Replies...My Li'l Mama raised me with books ALL OVER the house. She read and sang to me from the day she found out she was pregnant. 💜💜💜😘💋💋💋
If only it were comfortable/safe to lie on your back so far along into pregnancy. But one can dream
Load More Replies...Why is the baby wearing white? Why is anyone wearing white if they're handling goats and other livestock?
😄 I was thinking the same thing! Any parent who has kids of any age would never buy this much white!
Load More Replies...That right knee looks like a villain who's super please with the lower legs getting sunburned
You turned a cute photo into something evil, your my kind of person

Load More Replies...This art style reminds me heavily if the original 101 Dalmatians animation! Love it!
Pregnancy hormones. Some woman walk a fine line of wanting to snap there husband's necks, rip his clothes off, or cry because they can see their toes. (My wife thought the kitchen hated her)

I love these comics but at the same time I find them somewhat depressing, they remind me of what my family growing up could have been like.
Not really. It's snap shots we don't see how the discipline pays out for the kids. Pregnancy hopes that got dashed. Unexpected bills. Family members being sick. Those are the common items. I am not saying that the families happiness is fake or anything it's just this is basically like the movie "Final Cut" where robin williams was a memory editor that had the job of watching someone's memories and editing out the bad and grey to give families closure. Don't watch that movie if you don't wanna see the darkside of those memories.
Load More Replies...The family I wish I had, and... the happy moments I cherish with my hubby :-)
I'm gonna be THAT person but there are no gay couples on this list, that'd be nice to see.
I thought there were only three or four couples total. There could have been more depictions of the gay couple though for sure.
Load More Replies...oh you're right! thanks, i could not put my finger on what these reminded me of
