Bored Panda has created another list of hilarious design fails (previously here and here) that should not have seen the light of day in the first place, and it will tickle your funny bone.
From pulling tissues from Spider Man's ass to escaping an inflatable pirate castle through a vagina, users were definitely questioning the minds behind these creations. the first 6 boxes are input boxes, so you can insert the number of children you have on that age range, and of course the last one is a check box, you are the only one confused, probably because there is no design difference to indicate that you should insert numbers there (and once you check the box for no children you went and assumed the are all check boxes) and yet people use this simple input field when making online shopping all the time and to write your date of birth on a paper form or any other standardized number input format
