Many bad things have arisen because of the global pandemic. But there are some silver linings, too. Some of the things we took for granted before, we now cherish and appreciate more than ever. We have come to realize that it's the little things in life that make us happy. One of those underappreciated things is the everyday life that we live, our routines, and the surprising little occurrences within them.
A comic artist that goes by the name of Lome documents the cuteness, hilarity, the irony, love, and magic that ensues while living a seemingly normal life. She has a degree in animation and illustration and she has always been interested in visual arts because her dad was an artist, too. At first, she liked to share it only with her friends, and maybe it would've stayed like this, but her friend encouraged her to post the comics on Instagram. "That's how this started!" the artist modestly stated to Bored Panda.

The artist admitted that she draws inspiration from unpleasant situations, as she tries to find a humorous upside to them. "My main message would be that I'm trying my best to find humor in a bad situation, hopefully make someone else happy too." In other words, she has her mind in the right place. It's somewhat paradoxical that watching someone's daily life would be so captivating, but in this case, it really is. The other part of her secret is the cutesy, anime-like style that she draws in. In a sense, it makes the comic even more comical (pun unintended).
Lome has also updated us about how her lockdown is going: "Since I've been going out less, I haven't had time to sit and draw as much. I usually draw on the train, I find it really quiet and helps me focus." Let's hope that the quarantine will end soon so she can get back to drawing her amazing works!
Lome is dedicated to drawing at least a comic each week, she usually posts them on Sundays, and, as you can see from this hefty collection of hers, she's been doing it for quite a while now. During that time, she has acquired a loyal following of 10k people on Instagram. If you like her works, make sure you support her by following her on her social media or visiting her page that has a lot of cool features. Enjoy!
There's a meteor/asteroid! RUNNNNNN!!! (I'm not a space person...could someone please tell me?)
Another thing stores will do is raise the $5-10 a couple of weeks before a sale. Then drop the price to what it normally sells for.
I didn't even have desserts...it was just "FINISH YOUR FOOD, LEAVE, AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK!"
At least the Autobots are honest with their photos... the Decepticons photoshop all of theirs
Warning! Graphic! Ever been wearing something tight and ended up with what can only be called a fart bubble between your cheeks that you can actually feel move?
Ugh, We have the problem of three dark-colored cats on dark-colored carpet in dark rooms. THEY can see in the dark, we can’t, so THEY should be the ones to move out of the way. But they never do. Well, until we step on them because we can’t see in the dark.
Ten minutes later, sound asleep. Absolutely nothing wrong with that, btw.
Just make sure it's the east coast of Costa Rica. The west coast beaches SUCK! It's all giant chunky pumice sand that stirs up real thick in the waves. Completely unswimable without a wetsuit.
For those who haven't watched Naruto, it has like over 200 episodes of filler s**t. (Filler episodes are eps that aren't even part of the canon story line, they're just there. To fill in while the show waited for more of the manga to come out). Naruto also has SO MANY GODDAMN FLASHBACKS, LIKE THEY'LL DO A WHOLE 15 MINUTE FLASHBACK OF C**P THAT HAPPENED IN JUST THE PREVIOUS EPISODE. They also flashback the SAME things in multiple episodes IN A ROW. It drove me INSANE. Naruto was a good concept, but poorly executed.
