No, tofu is not strictly for vegans or vegetarians. We Chinese have been eating tofu for thousands of years. Monks eat it, poor people eat it, rich people eat it, even emperors ate it. We eat it because it's versatile and, for the most part, cheap. Not to mention it's delicious. By the same token, I can accuse this vegan of appropriating and stealing the Chinese culture for his/her own selfish use. If there is a tofu admin, I too, am going to request that thus vegan to be removed from the global tofu circulation chain.
