Could be hainanese chicken, it's a poached chicken dish, served with broth, ginger rice, and various sauces, usually a green onions sauce, a sweet soy and a chilli sambal. But you pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the chicken after its finished cooking which turns it this colour.

So fresh noodles topped with the (maybe?) premade sauce and some shrimp that doesn't look currently frozen. Better than most on this list. My cousin says as long as she prepared the noodles and warmed up the jar sauce, its a homemade meal. To her, if it was prepared in her home, its homemade.
