Bored Panda had a friendly chat with the founder of ‘Better Movie Details’ about their project, as well as their endless passion for movies. We also got a sneak peek into their favorite films of all time. Read on for our full interview.

"The idea is based off the subreddit that works along the same lines. In fact, very occasionally, I lift a post or two directly off the subreddit, in which case I credit the redditor in the comments. Over the last year, post-lockdown in my country, I had a lot of free time, so I had a splurge of ideas to the point where almost the whole page is original content by now," the founder of the 'Better Movie Details' Facebook page told Bored Panda.
"I only do this because I enjoy watching movies and trying to twist around trivia into satire is really fun, and I have a lot of free time on my hands right now. It is thus a temporary arrangement, and once I graduate from university in a few months, I assume there would be a drop in the frequency of posts. I do run some other, less popular pages based around a similar brand of satire," they mentioned the 594k-member-strong subreddit they post on from time to time.

But the production cost can be higher - minors can only work a certain amount of time on set per day, and not for a certain amount of time without a break (all together less time than adults can work), and they need onset tutors who also have to be paid.

I don't get it, am I missing something? It's just dude sitting in his car in traffic surrounded by other cars.. I don't see the race car or the hillbilly truck guy or anything else I can remember from the movie. Whats with the red circles too? The founder is a huge fan of comedies (which probably explains why we got on so great with them). “So my favorites are definitely more on the humor side, more so since these are my comfort watches, Holy Grail/Life of Brian, What We Do in the Shadows, In Bruges, and Four Lions,” they shared their list of top movies. Personally, I’ve seen and loved all of them; except for Four Lions which is in my backlog. And we agreed that the Cornetto Trilogy (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, The World’s End) is terrific!

I don't know about this movie, but I find him to be a good actor in general. Not amazing, but better than average. I don't know why people have the hate. I think they are just jealous that he is good looking, one of the best vocalist of the past couple of generations, and can act. He is one of the few celebrities I would actually like to be friends with. I'm not really a "fan" of this, I just think he would be cool to hang out with.

I never actually knew what this movie was called until now. I just saw it on cable and I was too bored to see what it was called.
With over 142k followers and more than 137k people liking the page, the ‘Better Movie Details’ Facebook page shows that it really knows how to draw in the crowds. As it turns out, sarcasm, irony, and tongue-in-cheek humor are fan favorites. And they said the internet doesn’t get sarcasm!

wait wait wait you missed something-- I'm 99.9% sure that the boy on the left is jewish bc he's wearing a kippah. However, I'm only 76.45% sure he's orthodox because he's wearing a kippah outside of shul (a synagogue, or like a jewish church) and the hair around his ears is long. Orthodox Jews don't cut the hair around the ears.
