Sometimes when you are just going about your day, you will encounter a particular sound, visual, or smell that sends you flying back to simpler times. These experiences, among others, are just classic examples of nostalgia, that hard-to-put-your-finger-on feeling of longing for something from the past.
The “No Context Nostalgia” Instagram page shares images of things that have a solid chance of unlocking some childhood memories. So get comfortable, strap in for a blast from the past as you scroll through, and be sure to upvote your favorite examples. We got in touch with the page’s admins to learn more.

Until the damned CD player quit working. Ask me how I know :/
Load More Replies...Waiting for the radio to air your favorite songs to press record!
I have a record player, cassette tape player, 8-track player, radio combo.
Wait! Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny and Big Bird in the same picture? No way you could do this today. The people who own those properties would never work together.
Don't worry Disney will own all the Intellectual Property soon so it won't be an issue!
Load More Replies...My mom has an entire collection of these books, probably 80 of them. They're so cute!
My parents still have those books and I remember when I was little reading those books!
Bored Panda got in touch with Jake Laycock, the page’s creator and admin, and he was kind enough to answer some of our questions. Firstly we were curious to hear more about how and why the page was created in the first place.
“Like many people, I was looking for a pandemic project. Something to pass the time, and this seemed like a fun idea! It originally was just a Twitter page, posting random nostalgic images, and once it started to take off a little, I thought I could branch out to Instagram and TikTok as well,” he shared.
Me too. Too dumb and lazy to use anything else.
Load More Replies...I use Paint to create software mockups for a NASDAQ-trading company, my boss uses Illustrator. Mine look nicer. I take screenshots from existing areas of the product and manipulate them so they look exactly how the end-product will look. His are wireframe only. He watched me work on a mockup one day on Teams and said he was in absolute awe of how I can use Paint! I was born in 87. What do you think I did for entertainment when I was younger?!
A phone case for the indestructible phone. My roommate had one of these until about 2014.
It was only there to protect the floor if it fell
Load More Replies........and my heart will go on and on🎶 - like my battery😉
Load More Replies...I can hear the sound of the plastic when pressing the buttons to play Snake.
I donated mine to a women's shelter when I got my new flip phone. Then I wanted to trade it back, lol.
Load More Replies...We still use these at work for mostly internal communication. Mine has a 🍌 yellow case.
They say your strong if you bend metal with your bare hands but if you bend Nokia with your bare hands your actually strong
This would still be practical if they made it wide enough to accommodate two 27" monitors.
And nothing but the very highest quality particle board, covered with a lovely faux woodgrain. Should last a year or maybe more with minimal usage.
Load More Replies...I still use one. Narrower but otherwise the same.
Load More Replies...As of writing, “No Context Nostalgia” has over a quarter-million followers on Instagram alone. So we wanted to hear Jake’s take on what exactly would draw so many people to this kind of content. You know... life is tough, and the older you get, the tougher it can feel sometimes. I always looked at nostalgia as this sentimental affection for a point in time in all of our lives.”
They quickly attracted all gunk and then the ball didn't stick anymore :(
We had these and they were actually fun. In fact, there's a fair to middling chance, if I rummaged long enough, I'd probably unearth them in my parent's attic. It's surreal to think that my generation was the last to grow up without the internet. We didn't get a computer until I was in high school. As a kid, we'd play with toys like this to pass the time. Outside. All afternoon. Twas but one rule: be home before the streetlights blinked on. If I'm being completely honest, I think life in general was just better before Al Gore invented this series of tubes called The Interwebs. It was a simpler time and life I wish I could relive. 🤷
Yes! Remember being disappointed that nothing happened.
Load More Replies...Just remember - the Y2K thing was actually a very real thing. People thought that it was overblown because nothing seemed to happen, but it was actually over a year of very hard work by a lot of people that meant that very much didn't happen.
Exactly! We in IT worked like crazy, especially testing everythng multiple times. I took a couple days off after nothing blew up!
Load More Replies...I had the midnight shift at the ER that night. And we were actually fully prepared to revert to WW2 Medical practices in case all technology just died at midnight. Today however we'd be farked if everything just went belly up. I've seen a few instances around the world where medical services have been taken as hostage in cyber terrorism. We can't do anything now. Medical records, blood Work, even anaesthesia isn't possible without a computer today.
LOL. I was working with a guy who was taking the big 5gal jugs our fry oil came in home to store water just in case the world went to hell. Dude must have saved up a few hundred gallons that year. Wonder what he did with it.
I buy these for my nephew all the time! The modern ones have so much better glue than what I remember from my childhood. He looks very charming in these earrings paired with his tiaras and truck-tshirts. Truly a fashion icon.
“It helps to unite us to that authentic self and reminds us of who we have been, compared to who we feel we are today. I know that sounds a bit hoity-toity, but sometimes all it takes is seeing a toy or a discontinued snack you loved as a kid to bring a little joy into your day,” he shared with Bored Panda.
I did like playing with this one. Even though I knew how it working, I choose to believe it was magic. Cool Beans.
Ohh, I love this thing. It used to bring me so much joy in my childhood. I didn't have a lot of toys back then, but this one was my favourite. I think mine came with some kind of a perch. I could be wrong though.
These are still being made and are available from many sources. Do a web search for "balancing bird".
The thick wings in front of the beak = the weight behind the beak. Ergo, balance.
Load More Replies...My mom kept mine and keeps it as a decoration in her sewing room. I play with it when I visit 😂
We just bought our daughter one of these about a year ago! It sits on the corner of the shelf, just chillin'
So you never dab them all over your hands and your friends hands??
Load More Replies...Remember the scented markers? Taught me how to get f'ed up I'm class.
You just press it down on the paper, like a stamp. They are usually double-sided, with the other end being a regular magic marker tip of the same color.
Load More Replies...I didn't realize I was "cool." Isn't that the way it always goes, you don't know what is cool until it isn't cool anymore.
Load More Replies...Had a friend who had one of these but it was bigger and made out of rubber was indented on three sides so you could hold your pencil comfortably. I remember borrowing it once and it was an amazing experience.
I had the rubbery triangle shaped ones meant to improve your handwriting (spoiler alert: my handwriting is still crâp)
You can still buy some that are similar at dollar stores.
Load More Replies...To protect you from getting "writers bump". I wonder if kids still get that on their middle finger? Probably not since they don't do essays by hand anymore. Mine is still there although it's very small now. In high school it was massive!
I bought these and I'm not a cool kid, because they were softer on my second finger that had been damaged from pressing my pencil too hard growing up.
Of course, nostalgia is a pretty subjective experience, so we wanted to know what were some of the internal rules and guidelines for what gets featured or rejected. “I do my best to feature a variety of life experiences. So, wherever you grew up, or whatever kinds of toys you played with, or shows you watched, hopefully, you can find something that pops up in your social feed that resonates with you.”
My local Big Lots has or had the orange and strawberry ones. I'm still waiting on caramel. Anyone remember those?
Load More Replies...The strawberry and cream were the best thing ever.
If you live in the U.S., the Cracker Barrel restaurant chain has both the orange and strawberry at most locations.
I still want these. I can find orange & creme occasionally but strawberries and creme is known only in folklore now.
There is a gas station close to my work that sells both kinds, although I will say usually there is less strawberry in stock.
Load More Replies...These are delicious. And the Taco Bell strawberry creme freeze tastes just like them. Mmm
I was actually on the team that made these....they were so popular at launch, you would have thought they had crack in them!
I always got one when I went to the fair or theme parks. Loved the colors 😊
You can get them in heaps of varieties in Nimbin NSW Australia still.
Load More Replies...And made a satisfying sound when you snapped it shut! LOL
Load More Replies...Da da da the Razor! All my friends with jobs had one. I hated the buttons.
I worked at Cingular Wireless and they gave these out to the employees 2 weeks before the release date. Please freaked out and shelled out $500 for these flimsy phones. It was crazy!
I still owe my sister one of those lol. Shower and phones in the same room don't mix
Mine was silver .. I wanted one so bad when they first came out but by the time I saved my allowance for one they weren't cool anymore but I got one anyway
I had the Slvr L7C It was basically a Razor, just not flip. Oh, and the first phone distributed with iTunes that wasn't apple.
“I always feel like the more specific, the better. Really diving deep to unlock a memory of something you thought you forgot about but is locked away in the back corner of your mind somewhere,” he added. No doubt, as you scroll through, you might be suddenly remembering all sorts of parts of your youth you didn’t even know you still carried with you.
Here's one for auction in Redondo Beach, CA, ends tomorrow, $1300, no bids yet: https://www.ebay.com/itm/155987871074 ... How bad do you want it :-)
Load More Replies...Ahh yes, back when it was fun and not brutal modern industrial. I feel like going to get hashbrowns now is askin for soylent green cakes..
I love these. I miss Ronald McDonald and the gang. They redid our McDonald's and it looks like where boring office people eat.
I told my 11 year old we used to have birthday parties at McDonalds. He couldn’t believe it.
Grimace is that face you make on the can 10 minutes after you've finished your meal.
Never saw those but there was a McDonald's in Placerville, CA (Gold rush area) that had saddles as seats.
Same but they probably thought they put them in order but apparently they don't know their Roman numerals as well as they thought they did.
Load More Replies...I saw the first one in the theater when i was 5 years old, and then we went to pizza hut, where they still had a Ms.Pacman arcade TABLE. Remember when going to pizza hut was something you looked forward too, instead of something that makes you question your life choices?
I'm not so sure. I'd have to nominate 101Dalmations, if for no other reason then because it was the first movie I ever saw in a theater (yes, I'm old).
Load More Replies...The 1st movie was the only good 1, and my favorite movie when I was 3. (Sorry to whomever I upset).
My mom would give me a glass of strawberry milk every year for my birthday. It was delicious! As an adult at the grocery store, I saw this and bought some for old times' sake. It tasted horrible. So I called Mom and asked what she used to make my strawberry milk. She answered, "food coloring".
I went looking for the banana one recently but it's no longer available. They had lime for awhile too.
Load More Replies...We were not allowed any sugar at home but my aunt had this, my brother and I had sleepover once a month or so, it was the highlight to ask for Nesquik for breakfast. Apparently there was whole science behind microwaving the milk, everyone had to report in advance if they want classic cocoa or the strawberry one, milk got microwaved 30 seconds shorter for strawberry version and only one cousin was trusted enough to operate the microwave and distribute the hot milk mugs.
I wish I could say I liked this stuff but tbh it was nasty in my opinion 😅
Same! Don't like vanilla either and hate banana on general principles. But chocolate was/is great!
Load More Replies...They still make this I think... What really makes you feel old is when you hit the antique store and find the old square cans...
Jake left us with some parting thoughts. “I get tons of submissions from people in my DMs, and I love to see them! People from all over the world are looking to share something that they remember that no one else seems to, and they want to share because it means a lot to them. I'd like to encourage people to continue to share things that they feel mean a great deal to themselves, as it may mean a great deal to others as well.” So if you want to keep seeing this sort of content, follow “No Context Nostalgia” on Instagram.
I had some of these! I always remember the leather-y feeling noses! Also the old Happy Meal logo is leagues better than the new one!
These are adorable! I wish I'd known about these.
Load More Replies...Why can't the adult happy meals have these instead of vaguely nugget-shaped pieces of plastic for $3?
It looks like a muzzle, but it's supposed to be their markings.
Load More Replies...He was not playing well with the others. Wearing a muzzle and last doggie of the pack.
Load More Replies...When these came out... the McDonald's near my apartment simply put "we have your dog" on their road sign... my roommate and I couldn't figure out what they meant.. did they have someone's lost dog? Were they advertising the new "mchotdog"? Nope... these guys...
Tried to convince my niece to give me one of these that she had in her toy box. Didn't succeed
ahh... when mcdonalds still did decent happy meal toys, instead of crappy cardboard cutouts with characters printed on them
And don't let anyone tell you that's because of the rising minimum wage. Their profits are up 50% in the last couple of years!
Load More Replies...This is nothing. When I was a kid you could get the original McDonald’s for $.15 and fries for $.12. Wow does that date me!
just lose those decimal points, and you'll be ahead of the curve. Slightly.
Load More Replies...This one hurts. Sometimes I just want cheap crappy food! I can get the crappy but not the cheap! Its almost $9 for the $2.99 cheeseburger meal.
I rarely go to McDonald's but when I do I'm always surprised that these aren't still the prices.
I remember going on a field trip and my mom giving me $5 for lunch and getting change back
Load More Replies...I remember being in San Francisco in the mid 90s, tight on money and either BK or MD ( probably both) selling cheesburgers for 29 cents. 29!!
...yummmm...salads... it was the only way I could stand to look at salad as a kid, and now I've been wanting one...
Load More Replies...The Twinkl/Sparklebox aesthetic that absolutely took classrooms by storm. Another classic.
I miss seeing these in classrooms… My own elementary school kids don’t have these and I always feel a little let-down by the aesthetic missing from my childhood. Every time…
okay this is just downright scary because i clearly remember the january one in second grade because i complimented the snowmen as a social experiment. these exact snowmen.
The old (perhaps nostalgic) adage that “truth is stranger than fiction” can also be said about nostalgia. The term itself was first coined in the 17th century, to describe the very intense homesickness felt by Swiss mercenaries fighting throughout Europe. Physicians described it as a medical condition, with bouts of depression and melancholy. Thankfully, the modern equivalent is a tad bit nicer.
We would get those and they would disappear. My daddy said he donated them to Santa.
Someone always got one in my family every Christmas, I'd spend countless hours reading them
Are they still publishing these things? I would think Wikipedia superseded it.
As a Middle School School Librarian let me tell you these books are MONEY! I bought 4 or 5 every year & only weeded them when they literally fell apart. Which they did with great frequency because they were checked out so much AND......they were very cheaply bound. So, we always had to buy more. But let me my middle school kiddos LOVE THESE BOOKS & still do!
That actually gives me hope!!!!! 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗 I am a reader, but I always wondered about the rest of the world... I have heard though that book sales and borrow numbers are UP as a result of electronic media, much to everyone's astonishment - I better go get that fact checked for veracity/authenticity though.
Load More Replies...In one of the early years it was the most stolen book from public libraries.
Load More Replies...Im old enough to remember when these books were just regular paperbacks with no pictures! I used to read them cover to cover and when these giant picture filled ones came out they annoyed me because they didnt show all the cool obscure world records since they all couldnt fit with the pictures and whatnot.
These and the weird Colgate branded toothpastes with the characters on top... sparkle blue... wow the flashbacks
The toothpaste than came out in a star shape. I remember.
Load More Replies...Anyone remember the loreal shampoo bottles that kind of looked like fish?
It still exists! My sons use it. Orange bottle in the shape of a fish.
Load More Replies...I never knew about these, but that's probably because my mum never bought licenced products unless they were incredibly cheap
Anyone remember "Soaky?" Cartoon character bottles with bubble bath inside? Like early 60's.
Those would dry your skin! I didn't understand why baths would make me itchy.
The word itself, stripped of this meaning, comes from the Greek νόστος (nóstos) which simply means homecoming. It’s quite easy to see how returning to a familiar place after a long time away would fill you with an intense feeling of nostalgia. No doubt many folks returning home for Christmas went through a bit of this at the time.
They still had one at the supermarket a few months ago, and nostalgic me was read to feed it quarters but the slots had rusted over.
Cardzillion cards from Toys 'R' Us 👍 still have my Sailormoon ones.
Sorry, but my Easy Bake Oven was way more old and way more dangerous!
I just purchased one as a gift for my granddaughter who is 8 today, and I had one as a kid many years ago
My Creepy Crawler (maybe Creepy Crawly?) Was so bad... Let's cook gel in aluminum forms. How many times I burned my damn fingers
Altoids sounds like something you should see your doctor about...
It’s fortunate that these days we have a lot more to enjoy when thinking about the past. Some research indicates that engaging with these sorts of memories, when pleasant, can noticeably improve a person’s mood. This is a useful tool during trying times to help a person pull through them by “replacing” their current feelings with positive feelings they had in the past. So if you perhaps feel a bit guilty about scrolling through content like this, remember, it can actively make your life feel just that little bit better.
I think I had some. One of them just peeled off entirely
Load More Replies...Omg I had a lot of these, they looked so tacky. I still wore them because I was gunna be unique. Just like all the others
My mom laughed her àss off when I showed her these back in the day… She said it looked like a bunch of sperm trying to make it to first place.
An ex-girlfriend had a tongue stud that had one of those on top. Do not recommend.
Speaking of older stories that we have just always remembered. Anyone else know the story Story "Strega Nona".. Or "Stone Soup"? Or my favorite childhood movie, "Drop Dead Fred". Only as an adult did I realize he calls her mom the MEGA Bītch. Lol
It is! Lol. The story is she fell in love with the boy. The boy always saw her with a ribbon on her neck so he asked for her to take it off. She always said “You can when I say yes”. It happened for many years, until she was on her death bed. Her husband asks to remove the ribbon and she approves. As he pulled the ribbon, her head fell off from her neck.
Load More Replies...this book was terrifying. i could never stop thinking about the one where someone drives a boy "home" to a graveyard and it turned out he was dead. i dunno why, it was just unsettling
I remember the Maori tribes suing Lego for stealing their names.
Yes, it was a big discussion and agreement was reached. Particularly offensive were the use of words from areas of culture which are tapu (sacred).
Load More Replies...What is this modern rubbish. I had some very early sets before minifigures. My first LEGO minifigure set looked like this: 6609-11-65...6bcae7.jpg
And those are timeless classics, and amazing of course, but Bionicle saved Lego from being ruined, and they were pretty cool too
Load More Replies...Lego discontinues beautiful themes all the time. Nowadays everything is Disney expensive. Who remembers Clickits? clickits-6...a3813c.png
I assure you that the price of LEGO has not actually kept up with inflation. They just have always been expensive, at least if you got good sets and not used. And actually, if you just want an assortment you can buy that new for the price of a meal or two, and used for even less. OTOH, they do have some massively complex and expensive sets these days.
Load More Replies...Holy c**p. I remember these! You weren’t cool unless you had at least 2
You could try drinking them, but since they’re Legos you might have a bad time.
Load More Replies...Yeah me too. Lot of original containers and instruction books and oodles upon oodles of masks. Every once in a while I think about selling them but also why on earth would I?
Load More Replies...My nephew loved this, and got me to buy him the movies, I never understood them.
I never did find Waldo in some of those pages...
Load More Replies...I remember these. Would distract and keep the toddlers quite so probably about 10 - 15 seconds.
My elementary school class had these books, as well as a similar series called “Do You See What I See?”
I have one and these are so fun! Those tubes filled with confetti and objects were LIFE as well!
Originally Chucky was supposed to be a Coyote, but they sent the wrong costume so he ended up a Rat. BTW, I wouldn't recommend buying any food from a rat.
Not even a French one who rides on a human's head? (That question just freaked me out. Why did Disney choose to send the message that a cooking rat was a good thing?)
Load More Replies...All that's needed is an old school Trapper Keeper and this pic is legit. Lol
Ahhhh....Trapper Keepers. You were the SH*T in school if you had one of those!
Load More Replies...I still have a bunch of these and they are so useful. They are a little bigger than the average pencil box and the lid stays closed. Wish they would bring them back.
I had that exact case in grade school. It was eventually repurposed as a coffin for my first hamster.
Try the new, improved $10 menu? Now with smaller portions!
Load More Replies...we have the 99p menu here in UK.... well we did last time I visited such an establishment some time ago (within past 2yrs ish)
We don't. The cheapest thing is some carrots 89p a burger is coming in over £1.20
Load More Replies...If you remember this as a kid, you are definitely of the younger generation, the 99¢ McChicken meal was discontinued in 2005-06, so this has to be around 07
Some of y'all in here are coming at my Cherry Coke Zero and... I'd side-eye you but I won't, I'll just drink your share.
I'm actively drinking one right now :) (although now it's called Cherry Coca-Cola Zero Sugar lol)
Load More Replies...I really liked Vanilla Coke, but they had to make it sugar free :( (I get very dizzy drinking those)
Load More Replies...Half assed backflips, my bff had the blue one growing up, it was lame as but she loved it so much 😂 I would so buy one now if I saw it in an op shop/thrift store.
Load More Replies...I wanted a Poo-Chi so bad, but my mom got me a Tekno instead. I thought it was wayyy cooler looking
I had a Tekkno newborn kitty but the ears fell of and even the leg :((((
I had these in my 2nd grade class and i loved playing with them!
I…I’m pretty sure it didn’t vanish. Still very much available.
Load More Replies...They don’t make goofy pop star stuff like this anymore, and it’s kinda sad. Imagine a Dua Lipa or Harry Styles chair lol
All of this kind of stuff was garbage with a whole lotta extra steps. Terrible quality, terrible for the environment, terrible for parents finances, just terrible.
Load More Replies...I had finally forgotten they existed and how much I missed having one as my snack, thank you. Though I thought they used to be fully covered instead of some health savvy drizzle.
These were so good! I used to buy them in the school cafeteria. They used to be totally covered in chocolate. My taste buds miss these.
I dont know. Steamboat Willie seems to be branching out a bit since he left the company.
Load More Replies...I got one of these bouncy balls with an object inside from the dentist. In the summer i cut it and took the object out.
I just played this again a couple months ago. Holds up better than i expected.
I loved this movie!! Tim Curry was amazing as the organ!! I still have that lyric stuck in my head about the decorations staying up till July for some reason…
Ooooooooh.... As a self proclaimed cheesecake addict of ultimate proportions, I need these in my life. I'd eat an entire box in one sitting. Bet.
What on earth?! Is this an American thing? Definitely never seen these in the UK!
Someone has a reel on Facebook on how to make them, she spent years trying to replicate it. I haven’t even heard of them but they look yummy
Dipping the fries in the Frosty .... a good 15 minute lunch at work.
Load More Replies...I miss that spicy oily sauce they gave you for your chili. That stuff was great.
i have questions. Why the square burger? Whats in that cup??? hope its not mayonaise.
The originator of Wendy's, Dave Thomas, wanted square hamburgers to show that they didn't "cut corners".
Load More Replies...Wendy's has been trash for 30 years. The only reason to go there was to get a chocolate frosty, for the express purpose of dipping french fries in it....because you'd just smoked a joint after school.
It's 20 questions. It'd ask you a bunch of questions that you would select yes or no for in an attempt to guess what you were thinking of.
Load More Replies..."does it weigh more than a duck?" HOW THE F**K AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW?!
20 questions!! These were great for a couple hours on roadtrips when conserving gameboy batteries.
Those were a huge pain in the butt to empty, and you had to wait until all the change was dry to take to the bank
Yeesh… I didn’t even think about that… Sorry. I loved these as a kid. Try to make them land on the upper levels.
Load More Replies...I have never seen these before but we still have similar ones for charity in Australia. You insert two coins and they spin down a ramp and then around a bowl until they reach the hole in the middle. Idea is that the two coins are racing.
What are you talking about? We still have a taco bell with one of these in our city
I have a heart shaped one of these, still!! They were squishy and gave a soft glow. I wish they’d come back and stay the same quality that they were. 😣
Cereal toys were the best. Kids these days are missing out unfortunately
I remember when I begged my mom to buy the box of cereal that these were the prizes for. She bought me the cereal under the condition that once the box was opened I had to eat the entire box in order to get the prize. Of course pretty much as soon as we got home I tore open the box, poured some into a bowl and then stuck my entire arm in there and dug around until I felt the spoon. My Mom wasn't too happy but I told her I intended to keep my end of the deal as I already poured a bowl. I was pretty proud of myself for not getting cereal everywhere while digging for the prize but Mom didn't agree. I ended up staying up late eating cereal with my awesome new spoon, towards the end tho each bite had me wondering if the spoon was really worth it. Finished the entire box and pretty sure the light ended up dying out in like 2 weeks but worth it.
It's fine, after mine too. That whole era of Nickelodeon was just fart jokes and poop humor to me.
Load More Replies...I still have a chief Powhatan watch from the Pocahontas movies 😂 no idea why I have the chief.
I remember my younger sisters having these but they didn't have any as awesome these Rugrats ones. I absolutely love Chuckie Finster!
I started playing Mario kart on the snes. The fact that the gamecube is considered old probably means i should feel old.
I wish Nintendo would come out with a retro game system with the original games on it like Atari has.
They had GameCube?? I only remember the N64. Nice! Too bad kids kept breaking the controllers though…
This was the only thing our school would allow us to have other than water or the nasty milk stuff they had in the cafeteria lines. The most frustrating part was that there were working COKE machines that were for staff only.
What even is this? They look like blobs of plastic that an infant would mistake for candy.
Crazy Bones. You played games with them. I recall my packs detailing how to use them to play jacks, and to use them like marbles.
Load More Replies...My brother had these! Kinda like Pokémon cards: no one really played them. Just collected them.
Only Mario Kart 64 has the REAL Rainbow Road and I'll fight anyone who says different.
Of course!! The new one won’t let you take the shortcut where it looks like you just drove off to nowhere but it shaved off a ton of time. I tried it. Koopa was being a punk…
Load More Replies...Those aren't the bottles I remember. https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/X7cAAOSwO6FhcLvO/s-l1200.webp
Sobe, and Sobe Life Water. On "the Big Bang Theory", the guys drink Sobe Life Water all the time.
What is the timeframe for nostalgia? I'm sure I've bought these (the two varieties on the left, specifically) within the last few years. In Canada, if that matters.
Yep, just waiting to blind the next kid who plays it 😂😂😂
Load More Replies...I loved and hated these . I was so young I never could anticipate the arrival of the light.
No, they are a scam. They are programmed not to stop where it seems like they should.
Load More Replies...It's an arcade game where a light spins around & you have to hit the button to "stop" it at the right place to win tickets for a prize. The 414 is the amount of tickets you win but this number changes each time - I won 1000 tickets once (which I think I traded for a prize that was a cheap $2 plastic toy lol)
Load More Replies...I used to get it a lot when I was young, the older I got the more I lost it 😂 Timezone is fun
I loved our 90s snacks, they were amazing and full of flavour and I don’t care it was mostly artificial 😂 I still buy roll ups at 36
Load More Replies...I thought it was slime momentarily which certainly unlocks some great memories. Best Santa gift!
Alien slime? if you put them in the freezer the alien had a baby.
Load More Replies...I forgot about these! And here I was giving cràp to Lucky Charms for using their marshmallows in today’s cocoa mixes. Haha
Sponge Bob Christmas!! Santa's comin tonight, Santa's comin tonight.....slowly gets slower and slower..... TOO FUNNY!! My son couldn't wait for this episode to show at Christmas time, it reminded me when I waited for the Charlie Brown Christmas special to show!!
Yup. And since you couldn’t put them in the toaster, they were soggy, too…
Load More Replies...30. I was 30. Which explains why I have no idea WTH this is.
Load More Replies...I have one that I haven't fed in a few months. I should probably feed him now that I think about it.
My sons had these...our dog ate a few wheels and we never realised until he pooped them out 🤦♀️🤷♀️🤣
You can still find these. My son recently bought one, he's in his upper 20s, to give to his son when he is older.
I work for a big name Thrift Store and sometimes we get entire skate sets. With all those teeny tiny pieces to gather together.
i would always beg my mom to get one of these whenever we left walmart lol
Humongous Entertainment was awesome. Freddi Fish, Putt-Putt, Pajama Sam, Spy Fox.

These were actually made well. Some of the cheap a$$ s**t they make now with prices hiked up so much.. is depressing
My husband got this for Halloween...scared the bejeezus out of the dog wearing it!
Not Dippin dots at all, these are fruit snacks, (which are similar in consistency to a gummy bear and licorice together) best way I could think to describe them for people that may know them as a different name lol. But fruit snacks covered in a solidified yogurt coating. They don't need to be frozen and not like ice cream at all. Similar to yogurt covered raisins.

It's a Halloween movie for kids. I used to watch it all the time but I can't remember the name of it and it had a sequel too (Edit:) Found the name of them. The first one is Scary Godmother: Halloween Spooktacular and the second one is Scary Godmother: The Revenge of Jimmy. It's a great movie for little kids
I remember these. Never had one because I thought it was weird to have the same song blaring in my mouth every morning when I brush my teeth. I can see how this could be beneficial for maybe younger kids, 4-8ish, that parents have trouble getting them to actually brush their teeth. Funny how the length of the song is exactly the same as the recommended time one should brush their teeth for.
I wish these would come back so I can get the timer apps off my phone and stop buying all those kitchen timers…
High school musical? Really what era of nostalgia are we trying to reach? "You remember when you were just a young kid who had gotten his first I-phone 13? Wasn't that sooo long ago!"
I got Justin Bieber as an adult to annoy my then bf. One night it malfunctioned and we woke up scared as to a deeeeep slllloooooow ‘baby, baby, baby ooooooooooh’
Oh my god… We had this. It was regular chocolate syrup but there was SO much dye in it, it made your poop green, too!! Hahaha. Not even kidding! Even my dad was like “wtf!?” because he had some too…
OK, so Hershey's syrup is bad enough, lets make it a discusting color too?
Oooh, they should remake this, maybe as a different flavor like banana or something.
You would be reminded the next day if you looked behind you...think blue moon ice cream.
Pretty much all the toys were thingsnmy children had, who are all now aged 21-29. So I remember those having bought them for xmas/birthday gifts. Foods less so as we live in the UK, and that is a US list.

Mine is starting to look like someone mixed leftover white rice with leftover saffron rice, and I think I'm about the top end of the target bracket for this collection.
