I had a kitten for 6 months. He attacked my face 5 times. Last night, he lunged for my face and fractured my nose. I got rid of him, but I didn't take him to the human society. I didn't want to risk he would be adopted by a family with children. The advice I got from my neighbor who stated he prob had "extra energy" told me to play with him so he could get the energy out. NO WAY!!! That would have encouraged him to be more abusive and possibly disfigure me! He's gone. I didn't even wait 24 hours.
