Walmart Wants Me To Pay Them For My Comfort
I live in the south where it's going to be 90°-100° for the next two weeks (at least) and I work in a non-air conditioned warehouse. They want ME to pay a billion dollar company to be able to wear shorts. Only on weekends too because, ya know, it can't get hot Monday through Thursday. Absolutely ridiculous.

I got raked over the coals by a manager for apparently leaving a small desk fan on overnight. I let him rant, then told him the president was using that desk when I left that evening. Not a lie, that's where he did some of his work every night. Manager turned funny colors.
