Cassey gained widespread recognition for her online fitness platform "Blogilates", which offers a variety of workout routines, healthy recipes, fitness apparel and lifestyle tips. Her engaging personality has attracted a massive following, making her one of the most influential figures in the fitness industry.
Born in Los Angeles, California, Cassey developed a passion for fitness at a young age. She studied biology and business at Whittier College and her interest in health and wellness eventually led her to become a certified pilates and fitness instructor.
I kind of needed this comic. Grammy just died recently and my mom has been helping take care of her and get her into a nursing home and stuff for the past month. It all feels so sudden and I really appreciate her and love her and know that she’s trying her best. When she gets home I’m gonna tell her that. I hope she knows it.
Cassey began her fitness journey in 2009 when she started posting workout videos on YouTube. The initial reason for the channel was to motivate and inspire her pilates students outside of the classroom. However, her energetic personality and unique approach to fitness quickly caught the attention of a wider audience, pushing her to internet stardom.
Lol I like knee length skirts the best so I never have these problems
Reasons why I didn't wear skirts for most of my childhood lol. Somewhat related topic tho, it's really hard to find long skirts for kids. As a former kid that was not a fan of short skirts
Pants/trousers. No need for skirts as a kid. Skirts on a kid makes no sense.
Load More Replies...I always wore skirts both short and long, and the solution to most of them is simple, for example, when picking something up, instead of bending down, carefully sit down onto your toes and pick it up, or always wear longer skirts when dancing and always make sure that it looks ok, before coming out of the bathroom to avoid the underwear thing (You won't forget if you do it all the time, it will become a habbit) sometimes the solution for your problem is much easier to find then you think. 😃 😊
Also: The Thigh Rub, where your thighs touch and friction endlessly.
A shirt needs to pass the bend-test or I'm not wearing it (you have to be able to touch your toes without being able to see your panties in the mirror)
If I am ever forced to wear a ridiculous skirt (all skirts are ridiculous, at least to me but no offense), I’m going with skort
You can just wear shorts underneath, it's no big deal, if you wear shorts the same color, any shirt becomes a skort.
Load More Replies...Everybody knows that one church lady who somehow always manages to tuck her floor-length skirt into her underwear!
Don't forget the "Teacher yelling at you for wearing a too short skirt" problem
The reason they banned short skirts in our school is because of the going up the stairs situation
The stairs shouldn't be a problem. As a guy, every time I'm behind basically anyone, I either stair (pun intended) at the floor or ceiling
The last panel is exactly what I would buy if I wanted to wear a short skirt. Otherwise, I wear men's jeans as they are the right fit for me along with men's running shoes and t-shirts and hoodies.
Through her Blogilates platform, videos, and comics, Cassey has inspired countless people to lead healthier lives, both physically and mentally. Her dedication to fitness and her genuine desire to empower others have made her a role model for aspiring fitness enthusiasts worldwide.
Once the caffeine reaches a level, you just start feeling jittery
I am no doctor but I think that happens because you've usually eaten dinner before you undress and look at yourself again before going to bed
I have a long skincare routine :) i think it's nice to take 20 minutes a day to take care of myself.
i would much rather have a sack of potatoes than hayley beiber.
Lol I just archive all my emails as soon as I read them, and most of them are notifications from websites my school signs is up for
Hot girl summer can anything. It can be going out and meeting new people and being very active or it can be laying on the couch watching movies and eating snacks :3
22nd? Huh? Can someone explain - in other countries, do the seasons not change every three months at the start of the month?
Growing lettuce at your desk for lunch, brilliant! (I know it just looks like it, but it really does look like she's eating a potted plant)
I’m glad the artist found her own happiness and bliss. It can be very hard to break free from toxic beliefs perpetuated by parents and society
The person on the couch asking if they can get the one that is already in the kitchen (with the fridge open!) a drink is hurting my brain. Make it make sense
Why do I feel like the most upsetting part of this is that she made it to 99 and couldn't hold out to 100.
How is this two types? (It's super early here, and I'm exhausted, so there is a chance I have missed a a part of the joke)
The human body needs sleep and rest. I don’t care what some people say— you can’t be constantly going 24/7. You physical and mental health can improve so much if we take a little time to rest.
I've seen the 'T-rex' done in old posture manuals (B&W photos or line illustrations pre-photograph) for women, where the hands are supposed to be "clasped or folded" in front of the mid-riff.
both - i keep a waterbottle next to my bed, force myself to chug that when i wake up, and then make a coffee as soon as i get out of bed
