Leslie's food artworks are mostly inspired by the beauty of nature and art and her cake designs demonstrate her impressive skill set, amazing attention to detail, and creativity. She is so incredibly passionate about her unique art that once was called a 'crazy plant lady'. She shared this incident along with a picture of one of her green creations: "How do you react to the being called a crazy plant lady? Not sure how it was intended when I got called one, but I just sort of nodded and agreed. Listen... I’m here to live my life, ok?!".
