This is THE example. I don't believe at all that they didn't like each other in real life during the show. It was more than great chemistry.. Regardless of whether either will ever admit it, I think its obvious they had a relationship during the series. They were clearly in love with each other.

They love each other. Just YouTube any interview with both to this day and check for yourselves.

I disagree, I never bought that their relationship was his real motivation for everything.

She also did good as Black Canary and Talia al Ghul. She really knows how to capture a man's heart (and yes, those were animated, but still).

They actually did fancy each other while they were filming Speed, but didn't tell each other, until someone mentioned it to each of them in separate interviews a few years later, IIRC.
