Balding Guys Try Out Non-Surgical Hair Replacements By Phil Ring, And Their Smiles Say Everything (44 Pics)
"Balding" is a word no man wants to hear. Most societies in the world associate luxurious hair with youth, beauty, and good health. "For centuries, humans have adorned themselves in a variety of ways — tattooing, nail cosmetics, and most universally, hairstyles of all sorts," Robert T. Brodell, MD, professor of internal medicine of the dermatology section told Everyday Health. "For many people, their hair is what makes them feel beautiful.” When you lose your hair — for whatever reason, it can be devastating.
Luckily, there balding guys have options. Phil Ring is one of them. He specializes in hair replacement, and his non-surgical procedures make a huge difference.
“Right away you just get so energized and excited and nervous for them but when they come back and you actually see how much it’s currently changing people. They have new dates they’ve gotten married and some people just have so much more confidence,” Ring told Bored Panda.

I agree, some men are very handsome bald, but no the ones that have a square head.
"I only use HairskeenUSA for the hair that I use," Phil wrote. "Just my preference because the lace systems rarely ever shed and its such a high quality system."
Almost everyone here looks younger with their grown hair. Perfect!!!
Everyday Health suggests these positive ways of dealing with the emotional side of hair loss include:
Reminding yourself that hair loss itself is not life-threatening. "It may not be pleasant and it can be unfortunate, but you can live with thinning hair or a bald spot, Brodell says. Hair loss is only as challenging as you think it is."
Putting that bald spot in perspective. "Your true friends and family will like you for yourself and not for how much hair you have on your head. When it comes to sexuality, you have many other attributes to excite your partner."
Working with beauty professionals to find a hairstyle that suits you. "You may want to find a wig, hat, or a head scarf that complements your sense of fashion. If your hair is thinning, it’s best to keep it short rather than try to hide bald spots with obvious comb-overs."
Considering talk therapy. "If the emotional impact of hair loss is getting in the way of living your life, get help from a mental health professional."
I would leave the sides a little longer so it doesn't look like it was just plopped on top.
He has a great smile. If it makes him happy, then it doesn't matter if I think it's flattering or not.
Handsome both ways - but what's with the wispy hairs down front of the hairpiece?

Wow, this article is just wrong. Not only is it single sided and subjective, thereby very close to pure advertisment. But also does it not at all fall in line with BP's normal stance. "Love yourself as you are", "inner beauty counts", and recently even a series showing women with grey hair and saying that dyeing to please others is not right. Here the message is: bald men look s****y and are miserable, if they buy expensive hair replacements they are much better people again! Oh well, oh welll...
As a bald man I always find it strange and sad that men needs hair to feel like a man. But everyone can choose their own lives, so if it makes you happy, go for it.
That video of "watch him do his thing" was amazingly useless. Phase one: Prepare. Phase two: ?? . Phase three: Finished!! --- could still be identical twins, or surgery between shots, or whatever (theoretically)... No "doing his thing" whatsoever.
I'm happy for them. They all look younger and happier. Great transformations! :)
I was getting bald when I was 20. I never made an issue of it but it sure thought me how shallow people can be.
screw all of this shaming, i'm balding and feel great, this is just a hate filled advertisement, how much did Bored Panda get payed for this schlock?
And they become a different person, which is precisely the problem here. Having to glue a wig to your head every time just to hide what your genetics gave you is wrong. I mean, balding is hard and society throws it into your face every time, but doing this is not a long term solution, in fact there's no solution because this is not a problem, it's just like being tall or short, black or white, etc.
When is Bored Panda going to post the list of women with breast augmentation?
NO! They may look good in pictures, but when you are around a man with a toupee you can always tell that he is wearing fake hair! They're not fooling anyone!
Right. So he clearly just took photos of people, shaved their heads, then pretended he's invented some magical hair growth cream. And Bored Panda allowed him to pedal his scam on their website. Any money given to this man would be fraudulently acquired, and Bored panda are complicit in the crime by knowingly aiding it by advertising it for him. I'm certain that no reasonable person would ever genuinely believe this bull, so I'm guessing that money was exchanged to in order for this "article" to make its way onto the website- further making BP a part of the theft and fraud. Really doesn't do your credibility much good.
As a cancer warrior, having shaved my head to deal with chemo-related hair loss, I GET IT. The confidence level when one has a full head of hair, long or short, curly or straight, black, blue, blonde, etc...is genuine. That being said, all of the men depicted here have their own unique qualities to their looks, and I would chat up any of them!
I'm bald myself, been so since I was 23. It was quite traumatic losing my hair so fast, but after months of counting hairs on the shower floor, it felt empowering to just shave it al off. It took time to love myself again, but sometimes I still miss my curls so bad. That doesn't mean I would GLUE a f*cking hairpiece to my scalp. To all the women (and men) on this forum saying the men look better after: I sincerely hope you never liked an article on BP teaching us that every body is a bikini body, women should be proud of their gray hair or older women's beauty should be just as admired as older men's. You'd be a hypocrite. Body empowerment, for men too please.
I am sorry that bald men feel the need to cover up the men in my life 2 are bald love it husband, son, they are happy with their choice one visits the barber to close crop the extra bits & one shaves to a 1
My hair started thinning a few years ago.. I use a dry shampoo with color to cover up my scalp.. works like a charm for 7 bucks a can. I've only thinned and haven't really lost that much. I'd def want this if I lose more.
The fake hair looks too thick and full to be real. Less would look better. I’d rather have a bald guy...
A lot of the hair is too thick to look real. I’d rather have a bald guy.
There should be a third photo of these guys with a crew cut or shaved head. I bet a lot of them would look great and it would cost less. No "bad hair" days when one doesn't have hair!
These look great NOW… with pro styling and brand new color matching. Quite a few of these guys have hair that will lighten when exposed to sun. The wig won't. Their meticulously groomed hair will grow. The wig won't.
Best look is #3. Wow. If they keep the new hair short, it looks so much more natural with this process. I love that these guys gain their confidence back. Imagine, women, if you were going bald. I bet you'd want to have an enhancement too. There is nothing wrong with the 'before' picture, but there's also nothing wrong with wanting to look the way you want to.
Most of these are believable. My husband had cancer and losing his hair was awful. Even though he looked like Walter white, he would have been happier if he didn't lose his hair. Remember poor Samson
Well, men do not age - wrinkles are sexy, greying is sexy, no celullite, no moomy belly, no gravitation impact on boobs...So balding only bring kind of balance or justice 😆
This looks like a lot of expense, time and effort to maintain the look and everyone you know would know it was a glued hairpiece.
Not the worst wigs in the world, but most of these still look like dead badgers.
I hate to sound insensitive but these seem really conspicuous. If the guys decide to go natural after these start growing out, it would be very understandable.
This is excellent. I am 100% all for men doing things to make themselves feel more attractive. They all look great.
I imagine this guy rakes in a ton of money. I bet he has lots of clients that start new relationships, going on first dates with these toupees. Then they have to keep lying and keeping up appearances and go back to this guy multiple times.
Bruce Willis and the Rock, do not need ''non surgical hair replacement''.
This was meant to be a reply to John Louis but apparently I hit the wrong button so now I'm just avoiding the delete option.
What do I think? I think someone had fun shaving a bunch of heads.
