One of the most common Photoshop fails is when the proportions of an image are completely off. This can happen when someone tries to manipulate the size or shape of an object and ends up making it look distorted and unrealistic. Another common mistake is when someone tries to remove an object from a photo but doesn't take the time to properly blend the edges. This can result in a very obvious and awkward-looking "cut-out" effect, where the object looks like it's just been pasted onto the background. Sometimes, people will try to add elements to a photo that simply don't belong. For example, you might see a beach scene with a giant dinosaur in the background or a group photo with a UFO hovering above.
