Allow no explanations, apologies or ghosting. Block everyone, change your phone number if you have to. Look right through any of these false friends you might run into and walk past them. If your family is involved, visit one trustworthy person and explain the entire thing from your point of view and let them spread the word among family. Then ask the most beautiful female you know outside that group to accompany you to a place where your exbitch and her friends congregate. Ignore them and make a huge scene of "moving on". (If this can be accomplished within a few days of the birthday party, even better!)
