I have a cat that is just like this. He is a 6 year old big fluffy black long haired cat , and he is terrified of kittens. When he sees one his eyes go back, his fur stands on end, and he turns and runs!! The only thing I can imagine is that he can't work out how the cats got so small, and he's worried it will happen to him.

We have a blind cat named Sneezer, my step dad's uncle found her in a friend's drive way as a kitten and revived her. Some time later she got an eye infection that ate away at her eyes making her blind. One of The most lovable we've had and one of our best mousers lol (she's caught 4 so far)

Do you put zinc or sunscreen on your dogs nose? Sometimes that pink colour has basically no way of protecting itself from the sun. Where did you get that misinformation??? So do we, when we wash our hair. So do our dogs, when we wash them. Humans, dogs and cats have oil glands, so the oil comes back. I raised purebred cats for 30 years, bathed them often before shows, never had any problems. Have done cat rescue for 50 years, bathe cats that need it, ditto. Vets and groomers bathe cats all the time, no issues.

Ik, I had to take her to the vet to get them opened , I noticed it wasn't quite right when she got 2 weeks old her other siblings were all playing and stuff, I thought she had no eyes at first (like she was blind or something ) but I had to try the vet, but look at her after I removed the bandages after ! Lol she was the most beautiful of them all ! 😄

Several years ago, we has a big guinea fowl outside and a young kitten inside that would sit in the window watching that fat bird outside. Basically her entire kittenhood was spent in this window yearning to go play with that bird. When she got older, we finally let her out to discover the rest of our little farm and she walked up to that guinea a little too fast before realizing he was quite a bit larger up close than he had appeared to be through that window. She looked up at him, he looked down at her, and her face just kind of dropped and she slunk back into the house.

I wish I had gotten a photo of the reaction of my cat when she first heard thunder while outside on my patio. She ran into the house, and kept ducking and crouching, while looking up at the ceiling as if she were thinking "How did the air make that scary noise???" It was hilarious, despite having to calm her down.
