One of the best ways to create surreal pictures naturally is via the use of reflections. They play with your perspective and cause you to think about the image in a totally different way due to the optical illusions they can create.

It would have to be fake. The reflection cannot show the front of the flower bouquet, OR the front of her dress. MOST IMPORTANT, it could not show the groom's tie, as she would be blocking the reflection! Sorry, I call P0hotoshop
