Lots of “jokes” at white peoples expense. Clearly not the other way around. Utter pile of steaming garbage excuse for a movie. Hateful for one race. Not clever. Jonah Hills annoying. The wife of Eddie Murphy’s character is unbearable as well.

Had no desire to watch that one.

Oh my god, I watched for 15 minutes and switched it off. What a load of rubbish.

As most superhero movies. Honestly, they're all CGI battles and nothing else, the scripts are 95% of the time garbage and the actors have horrible dialogue and their talent is wasted, no matter if they are newcomers or known faces.

My issue is with the stuff the Rock puts into his contracts, like he can never been shown 'losing a fight' like, dude come on...

Nah I thought it was more interesting than the usual ones.

Case in point proving I'm not an elitist prig with ridiculously high standards are superhero movies (#2). I love superhero movies, even the bad ones, which serve as distractions from reality and nothing more.

A teacher got into hot water showing this flick to her fourth-grade students. Kids needed counselors afterwards. As if the word "blood" wasn't clue enough... smh

I felt the same about Krampus... I love B movies and bad horror and have happily sat through stuff that other people have hated, turned off or snoozed through, but it was actually "krappus" and I couldn't sit through it. One of the only films I have turned off

I watched Expendables 1. It was okay, but not good enough to bother seeing 2 or any other sequels. Reading this, I feel like I got it right.

Expendables 3 is a fav movie of mine (yes I know it is terrible), but Chuck Norris telling a Chuck Norris joke cracks me up every time.

Dear God, these movies are AWFUL. Hubby and I TRIED watching, but there was so much mumbling, we couldn't understand what they were saying. OR, maybe we're both just going deaf? F**k if I know, but we both agree that they suck.

That movie was soo bad. The scene where Stallone and Jason are there normal, have skin texture self and the there is the girl who could not have been more airbrushed. That wad ridiculous

Uh, I liked it? And I perceived the sex scenes to show what a selfish person he was, just got off and moved on with no respect for the women. I also thought the battle scenes were excellent. As a history teacher I understand it wasn't always historically accurate but few historical films are.

I agree 100% Edit: The cinematic release was allegedly to qualify for an Oscar. The original 4 hour + cut is being released soon on Apple TV+ They need to change the rules on that imho. A movie should be based on it's own merits alone and not be dependant on a cinematic release to be in the running. That's how we get movies like this and nobody needs that. Nobody.

We tried to watch it last night. Got halfway through. We decided it just wasn’t worth the time.

For me Marvel's biggest mistake of many is to treat each movie as a link in a chain of ever escalating events. It is difficult to care for movie #23 of 547 on another "we must save REALITY" saga.

After Infinity War ended, that was pretty much the end of Marvel movies for me. Anything since has been a joyless cashgrab.
