If The World Feels Like A Terrible Place, Here Are 50 Of The Most Wholesome Things People Shared Online To Make Each Other’s Day
The idea behind feel-good stories is that it's important to counteract the negativity of bad news.
Of course, there will always be skeptics who say maintaining optimism in the long run is impossible and that every attempt to prove otherwise is just a form of escapism, but every now and then something happens that puts a smile on your face and makes you believe that we're all going to be OK.
So we at Bored Panda put together a new collection of such moments to remind you that there's still good in this world. Whether it's someone beating an illness or caring for an animal in need, we people are strong and have an endless capacity to love, and we can't forget that.

That is such an upright thing for you to do. And allowing them to save their pride at the same time is huge. When you are really poor, your pride sustains some serious blows. Good Job.

This is so kind and considerate! I only hope that you don't live in an apartment or townhouse setting, in case your neighbor wants to spread the joy of 'Free Council Wifi'.
The Breathtaking Bravery Of Russian Citizens Who Know Theyâll Be Arrested For Protesting The War And Do It Anyway
Good for them! I hope that Putin finally realises his madness and puts a stop to this terror.
no no dont apologize- were all thinking it
Load More Replies...Among them were some of my colleagues in St. Petersburg and Moscow. They WERE arrested. They were taken to the police station, asked to sign declarations and then released - at least this is what they told us. (I have serious doubts that this was all, as the Russian police are known for their brutality.) I am so proud of them and hope they are safe.
Please send them my grateful regards and admiration, if safe to do so
Load More Replies...Living in Russias neighbor and having seen through media what happens in Russia, it is terrifying. If you go protest, they can have you fired. They can take your kids, on the grounds of if you are protesting, you must be a bad parent. They can beat you up when you are arrested. They can falsify criminal charges against you.
I live in Finland, and my countrys media has been monitoring the political field in Russia very closely for a long time, basically since we gained indepence from it over 100 years ago. One of the more terrifying things that Russia has in store is that most of the people that could be the president after Putin are worse than him.
Load More Replies...Putin will end up alongside Hilter in the history books of the future or worse yet, simply written off as a monstrous autocrat and actually forgotten / ignored by later generations. Either way, so much for the "legacy" that he is trying to create.

Sometimes, the impulse to consume negative news can be difficult to resist. "We are evolutionarily wired to screen for and anticipate danger, which is why keeping our fingers on the pulse of bad news may trick us into feeling more prepared," says Cecille Ahrens, clinical director of Transcend Therapy in San Diego, California.
Following the news may be necessary to stay informed, especially during a crisis but according to Ahrens, the feelings of fear, sadness, and anger triggered by negative headlines can keep people stuck in a "pattern of frequent monitoring," leading to worse mood and more anxious scrolling (doomscrolling).

My Son Is Autistic And Loves Cats, So For The Past 4 Years He Has Volunteered To Socialize The Cats And Kittens At Our Local Animal Shelter To Help Get Them Adopted
So why do we need cats and dogs in our life? If nothing else, this. People don't realize how difficult it can be for some people with autism to relate or interact with or be touched by humans. But animals, I have seen so many of these types of things where the autistic person is finally interacting with, touching or even making eye contact with someone and it's an animal. Animals can really change a person's life. Sorry I just get the feels with these types of things because they are just amazing to me. Plus it helps the kitties become ready to find a home
I honestly wouldn't know what to do without pets in my life. The welcome feeling when you come home. The cuddles when you are happy but they cuddle extra when you are sad. The happy sounds they make. The cats i can cuddle when i feel down or had a rough day. I also have a form of autism and cats really helped me in my life. Mine come from a shelter. I remember trying to find the right one for me. There were 2 who just instantly connected with me. I love them so much. They helped me and i helped them.

Ddoomscrolling can take a toll on mental health. Studies have linked the consumption of bad news to increased distress, anxiety, and depression, even when the news in question is relatively mundane.
Graham Davey, professor emeritus of psychology at the University of Sussex, says exposure to bad news can make personal worries seem worse and even cause acute stress reactions and some symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder that can be quite long-lasting.

The root of our interest in bad news may be the result of feeling vulnerable or helpless or overwhelmed.
"Let's say you are feeling stressed out at work and you disengage from your tasks to pick up your phone and doomscroll. Once you catch that compulsive behavior, check in with yourself and ask what it is you are thinking and feeling,” says Megan E. Load More Replies...The best way kids learn is by imitating their parents. That combined with parents paying attention and correcting their child's behavior is hugely important in bringing up a nice person.
Where I went to school (elementary/primary) we could only invite all the girls, all the boys, or the whole class. It was cuz they didint want feelings hurt, but who would want to include the bully in their party?
This is sick. Why should i invite kids i do not like, why should my parents host them? This is not a school matter, the school should have no opinion about that.

Until people in the U.S. are taught how to tell a lie from the truth, and to understand the NRA, and politicians supported by the NRA, do not have their best interests at heart, nothing will change. Honestly, I think it will take until the next generation or two are running Congress, before any real change will happen. That is, of course, if this country isn't ripped apart at the the seams, before then. I hope, pray, and wish, I am wrong...but as someone who spent 5 1/2 years at University studying people, culture, and society, I look at my country, and I worry...

Turning to your phone might just distance you from the colleagues and friends and family who could help.
"All it will do is temporarily distract you from your uncomfortable emotion," Johnson adds. "But those unpleasant feelings are there for a reason, and they communicate to us our needs, so we cannot just silence them with distractions. Once you become aware that what you actually need is support, then maybe you can reach out to a colleague and delegate some tasks.”

Load More Replies...BPD has been so stigmatized by trashy, brainless true crime shows that itâs making people who suffer from it feel even worse. That stigma is probably killing people.
I think it also because of the lack of proper training for hospital staff. If you know how to react in certain situations you are more capable to help without being swept away by the intens emotions and be more understanding.

Thank you for this . I am traumatized by the mental health system . I got picked up for mania (bpd, bipolar1 and adhd) I spent 2 nights in the ER waiting for a bed in the psych ward . They drove me 2 hours out in hand cuffs to a place I wasn't familiar with . Got there got stripped of everything I was a tad irritated because I wasn't sure where I was so instead of explaining they gave me a shot of Haldol and whatever they mix it with. I had court the next morning. I was to drugged up to defend myself . So I sat while they said things that weren't all true because I couldn't lift my head. It would be nice to have people in the field who understand or have experienced some of these things .fielunderstands 1st hand .

As someone with BPD who us struggling every single day to get better, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!! I don't tell people I meet irl that I have BPD because of the incredibly negative stigmas attached to it. I am not a narcissist! I am not heartless! Neither are lots of people with BPD! There are always exceptions and comorbidity with other disorders (including narcissism), but our society needs to recognize how difficult it is to live with a mental disorder that makes you feels every emotion to such an extreme. It's so goddamn stressful.
I think a lot of us canât truly understand the depth of your suffering. When I see a patient in the hospital with BPD they are in a very challenging/ stressful environment which makes a mental disorder more hard to handle. People with BPD have the gift or the curse (depends how you interpret it) to make others feel their intense emotions ( joy, pain, frustration). It scares people and makes them feel invaded in their personal space. The worst conclusion they/ we can draw, is that the person in front of us is a narcissist. Sadly I never met someone with BPD without a history of some form of abuse.

BPD has been with me since I was a child (now 36) and with all the horros it brought, hardly anything made me feel more worthless and like unloveable disgusting trash than my current mental health care professional clearly being judgemental and annoyed with me... or thats my perception. its always hard to tell.

Ha! that reminds me of the time me and my boyfriend and a few strangers tried to shoo a sheep back into its pasture - we *almost* succeeded a few times but were hindered by passers-by (many of which thought they could *catch* the sheep but just caused it to run away even further...). At last, the sheep stood right next to the fence, panting, with all of us standing around it discussing what to do. Then comes a burly man who takes one look at it, asks "how much does a sheep weigh, anyway?"... AND PICKS IT UP AND LIFTS IT OVER THE FENCE.
I see they have their human well-trained just like my cats with me.
I saw a man trying to walk his gorgeous Golden along a sidewalk that had a "culvert" along it - this is a concrete channel that drains off (usually dirty and disgusting) water from the street after a rain. It had rained that morning and the culvert was running like a small river. The dog kept pulling the guy to go look at the water. The guy kept pulling at the dog and the dog would take 2 steps and then try to yank back to the water. I heard the man muttering things and talking, then finally he yelled, "Damn it, Bailey, we TALKED about this...." The dog sat down immediately and gave the man a loving look, tail wagging. The man said, "This is why I didn't have kids! Will you PLEASE act your age?" I was in tears :)
IF we could talk to the animals? Those of us who have them do all the time.
This is so funny, they have him well trained. I bet he takes them to the park to play ball or to the lake to swim. There is a great half to this story.
Given that avoidance might not be practical, experts suggest these three ways to make your experience on the internet more positive:
- Be mindful of what you consume on social media. If you log on to connect with other people, focus on the personal news and photos shared instead of the latest headlines;
- Seek out the content that makes you happy to balance out your newsfeed. This may be images of cute kittens, beautiful landscapes, drool-worthy food videos, or something else. You could even follow a social media account dedicated to sharing only happy and positive news;
- Use social media to promote positivity and kindness. Sharing good things that are happening in your life can improve your mood, and your positive mood can spread to others. You may also like to compliment others on social media. While this might sound awkward, people will appreciate it more than you think.
6 Months Ago, Our Psycho Neighbor Trapped Our Cat And Released Him 12 Miles Away. Today, We Found Him! Welcome Home, Iggy
I hope you also paid a friendly visit to the neighbour with a baseball bat in hand.
Story: in August, our super chill indoor/outdoor cat didnât come home after a big storm. We searched everywhere for him, but once we started putting up signs we got tipped off to what had happened. Our crazy old neighbor got it in her head that the outdoor cats in our neighborhood were âattracting raccoonsâ to her garden and destroying them. She had her landscaper illegally set traps in her yard and Iggy got stuck. The landscaper drove him out to his house 12 miles away where Iggy escaped. The neighbor admitted to doing it. We posted everywhere on social media, called all the shelters, and hired a pet detective but it was no use and we pretty much grieved his loss. Finally, after six months and a brutally cold winter, a woman who lived two streets away from where he was released saw him, came across our post on PetFBI, and contacted us. It was him! Heâs a little skinny and dirty but okay and happy to be home :)
What a horrible thing to do. Time to trap the neighbor. (Not a very mature thing to suggest, but still...)
The neighbour and the landscaper need to be charged, publicly humiliated and never allowed near animals.
If my neighbour did that to my kitty, I swear they would have opened the gates of hell for which they would never be able to close. I would be their worst enemy. You don't do that. EVER. To ANY animal for ANY reason.
I am so glad he is home! Maybe you should make him an indoor cat because he is doing something the neighbor does not like and next time you may not be so lucky. Right/wrong or whatever, that is the way life rolls.
Oh my goodness, I am sorry you and your cat had to go through that. I hope your neighbour learns their lesson.
F**k that neighbour put her in a trap and give her to animal control she deserves to be put down

For many people the start of the pandemic was such an excruciatingly difficult time. People were struggling with isolation, dealing with illness, missing their friends and loved ones, and wondering how they would make ends meet if they lost their job. For many quarantine was not an ideal time. People shouldnât feel ashamed if they didnât spend quarantine learning a new language, baking or picking up a new skill. Itâs perfectly all right if you were just trying to get by every day and work on your mental health. I would never ever want to live through the isolation and uncertainty of quarantine again.
Nope. I worked every day in the office for a company that really didn't care about our physical and/or mental health.
I think that is part of the reason folks do not want 60-hour/week jobs, work for bad bosses, or allow any job to own them. We have tasted freedom and are addicted!

Thats amazing. It looks like its carved into a flat piece of stone. I love pencil drawings. A friend in high school used to do these and I would be in awe watching her work. I can barely draw a stick man and some people can basically do magic. So cool!
Excellent work. So much depth that it looks sculptural. Love that pencil/graphite drawings are getting much deserved appreciation. Kady LaHaie. Kady. Kadykadykady. She was most likely bordering on OBESE before. Losing weight isn't fatphobic, it's called "getting in shape because you don't wanna die at 55". Also, just let people celebrate their Ws.
That takes more work and staying power than most folks imagine! Good for you! You are the boss of your own life!
You might also want to consider doing something nourishing for yourself – such as being outdoors in nature or making your favorite meal. This might help shift your mind from troubling news and create a more positive and resilient mindset that can better deal with worries.
At the end of the day, we have to accept that some things are just out of our control and focus on the ones that we can, in fact, change.

The dog and the soldier. A Russian soldier should be so scared to encounter this guy he runs all the way back home. Thank you for rescuing this wonderful pupper. Animals also suffer during our wars.
russian soldiers do not have a choice whether they fight or not. be aware that many russian citizens do not want this war. it hurts them too. many russians have ukrainian family and many ukrianians have russian family
Load More Replies...He is adorable. And the dog ain't too bad, either. Hah! Actually, I love the dog and honor that soldier for saving him.
Not a puppy and most likely a cross-breed. There's many absolutely gorgeous mongrels in Eastern-European (I mean the continent here) animal-'shelters' and out on the streets. It's more likely that it's some Laika-cross (or similarly sled-doggy breed) than a purebred Akita.

Our Neighbor From India Asked If We Have A Sauté Pan For Him To Lend. We Had And This Is How He Returned It
This is a really wholesome practice. We do it in Pakistan too. If you borrow some cutlery or get a box of food in non-disposable dishes or boxes, you return it filled with food too.
italy too. my parents/grandparents always told us you return cookware/containers with food
Load More Replies...Now I want to borrow a pan just so I can return it filled with goodies...
Tradition is to return containers with food. At the very least, put sugar, if you do not have anything home made.
Rice, paneer, chole (chickpea), achar (spicy pickles)

Load More Replies...My Son Got His First Pair Of Glasses
I'm still a wee bit gobsmacked how they can sort out the prescription for wee ones.
I always had new prescription filled by testing different lenses, adding bits and removing bits and reporting back which make me see better. And then recently went to new place, they somehow scanned my eyes, 5 seconds and they knew my prescroption. Felt like sci-fi lol.
Load More Replies...My 5 year old grandson got his first pair of glasses 3 months ago. The cheap optician shop where kids get free frames and lenses had moved to a different location so son in law took grandson to a different store. Not free. Plus the only frames he liked were Raybans. Over $100 just for the frames. Sil paid extra for insurance incase they broke, which they did less than a week later. 3 months since he got them and they've had to be repaired/replaced 7 times. My daughter and Sil are really regretting that Sil didn't go online and checked where the opticians had moved to. He knows better for next time đ
You can also order glasses online for a fraction of what you pay at the eye doctor's office. You still need a script for the lenses, but the frames and lenses are dirt cheap, comparatively speaking.

Not only that, now they are saying that they didn't invade.
Load More Replies..."The world has left the chat." Also f**k Putler and his disgusting war!
The usual russian propaganda, I listened to him talk and he was talking as if he's speaking to russians. Delusional and a bit scary to know how it goes down in russia.
Load More Replies...Strangely enough, the entire world is standing with Ukraine. Russia is still being the bully.
Putin has Europe by the balls because they're dependant on Russian oil - especially Germany. Countries facing famine because Russia stole Ukraine's grain are already in serious trouble because of extreme drought. The poor always pay for the folly of the wealthy and powerful.
Load More Replies...The thing I dont understand with these kind of pictures is: why they stay when an american politician/minister/president etc. is talking. I mean..... they invaded a few more countries (waged wars for fictitious reasons --> Iran, Irak, syria, uganda etc.) over the last decades Why is one celebrated for wars waged against distant (Islamic) countries, but despised for wars waged against neighbors? Maybe because one of them is against people you like (white, eurasian) and the other against people you actually (secretly) despise yourself (darker, african, asian)
Fine, but I recommend the documentary, Whistleblowers: Inside the UN on BBCiPlayer. This sort of show becomes meaningless.

My Father, 67. Finally A Us Citizen After 17 Years Of Processes And Paperwork
My ex is from Mexico and we lived in Chicago. They would lose his paperwork over and over. Then they would say they didnât have his fingerprints, then they would lose his paperwork again. Rinse and repeat. He didnât get his citizenship for over three years until we moved to a smaller city in Ohio.
Load More Replies...Seventeen years???? The US really want to make it as difficult as possible for people don't they?
Yep. "Why don't they do it the right way?" Um, because it's incredibly long, complicated, and expensive, and also, for some people there's literally no path to citizenship shy of marrying an American.
Load More Replies...And this is why people are here illegally, the red tape and the cost make it ridiculously expensive and difficult! I would be willing to bet that at least 90% of the illegal immigrants don't want to be illegal and would happily become citizens if it wasn't such a S**t Show. DO BETTER US GOV'T!!!!!
Maybe instead of wasting money and resources on a useless wall and arresting families we could get those elected wastes of skin to fix a process that requires a person to wait over a decade. We might even save some $ and gain a bit credibility in the process.
Congratulations! It should not have taken so long. I bet you he is/ was a hard worker for years.
firstly congrats dude :D second its pretty sad that it took him 17 years. Not becasue of him i mean becasue of USA . dose it take this long in other countries??

Seeing My Husband The Day After Donating 68% Of My Liver To Him
Facts: Livers can regenerate, and you can donate a portion to someone else and still have enough to survive with, and the rest will regrow in time. Amazing thing she did for her husband. :)
Absolutely true, just want to add that it's a one time deal, you can only donate once (stem cells need to be involved I think). What she did was heroic:)
Load More Replies...This is a very touching picture and story behind it: however is totally inaccurate I'm a liver recipient and I can tell you that you are not walking the next day nor are you allowed to get up and leave your room anytime soon because you body is absolutely fatigue and there's way too many tubes sticking out of you. Not to mention your immune system is completely shot so your pretty much confined to your room for a few days. Sorry I just had to chime in on this
My dad passed away from liver cancer in 2010. I would have gave him some of my liver but he was a bad alcoholic so he wasn't able to be considered for a transplant. đ

Iâm Opening A Brewery/Taproom And Modified The Men/Women Restrooms To All Gender
They should but since he doesn't have a men's bathroom, in this particular case, it would be pretty hard to put a changing table in the men's bathroom.
Load More Replies...I'm in my thirties so maybe I'm old fashioned on this one, but I would be SO uncomfortable sharing a bathroom with men. It doesn't feel safe to me, my family member was assaulted in a toilet and the only reason he was caught was because someone saw a man follow a drunk woman into a female toilet
Yes, it's better to have a third neutral option, rather than removing gender separated toilets altogether.
Load More Replies...I would prefer bathrooms still being separated by gender (most people clearly identify on one, male or female, and those who donât - I guess they can do for 5 minutes), but with changing tables in both.
Same here. The boys tend to tinky on the floor and I don't like stepping in it.
Load More Replies...This is great, but I prefer not to use a restroom with menâŠI donât know why but it makes me uncomfortable.
This overlooks women's legitimate concerns regarding safety. For example, survivors of sexual abuse/violence may not feel comfortable using bathrooms wih men. Older women may feel uncomfortable too, as will women from religiously conservative backgrounds. Are teenage girls also supposed to use the same bathrooms as men?
Well, since men are supposed to not be disgusting freaks, yeah. Itâs not much of a problem here anyway, in the places with a shared bathroom.
Load More Replies...Woman's spaces being erased is sad and what's even sadder is there is barely a whisper of disent about it
Great except for the women who want to change their tampons/sanitary pads and not be in a restroom with men for safety or religious reasons, but at least there are now two options for men YEY men!
Wha..? Why in earth wouldnât they be able to change their tampons or sanitary pads? That the bathroom is shared doesnât mean there is a crowd of people in the bathroom with you, you use it one at a time. Or thatâs how we do it. No problems.
Load More Replies...Y'all it says "urinal" not "urinalS" so it is most likely a single bathroom. (Don't downvote me to suspension just for trying to be logical)
Oh, that's a good point. Many places have one toilet and a sink per room, not stalls. It does seem pointless to gender a bathroom if it is single occupancy

Load More Replies...God forbid, one only needs GBP 20 (or worse yet, has only that much in the account to withdraw); That works out to a 10% charge. Can't figure out how the bank does not end up in court under usury charges - I do believe there are laws against just such types of over-charging, a.k.a. price gouging.
The machine charges for withdrawals? What on earthâŠ? And thatâs legal there?

I did this to my mum. I asked someone at customer services with the tannoy to put a call out for her as her daughter was lost and crying. I wasn't. I was also in my twenties. Everyone was laughing when she turned the corner. I could see on her face that she wanted to kill me. My only regret is that I didn't record the moment!

Totally agree we should defend them more! I've encountered sooo many kids in my work and 99 % of them are basically good kids, with the heart in the right places. When I Was Depressed In High School, I Would Often Times Go Into The Bathroom To Isolate. Iâd Sit In A Stall And Miss My Classes Or Just Cry
Once, after I left my stall, this was on the mirror. Just found it again after cleaning out boxes of old stuff and am equally moved as I was back then.
I did a similar thing at work, once. A young woman came through the drive-through, and she managed to get herself together enough to order, but through the entire transaction, she was just crying like her heart was broken. I didn't say anything about it, because I didn't want to embarrass her, or to possibly intrude on a personal sadness that wasn't my business. But I wrote her a little note, similar to the one above, on a napkin, and dropped it into her bag, with the rest of her napkins. I signed it only, "Your friends at (workplace)". I never heard anything about it, and I didn't see her face well enough to be able to say if she's ever come back through or not. But I hope the note let her know that someone cared, and eased her pain just a little bit.
I wish things like this happened in my school bathrooms, people just go in there to eat, vape but the worst thing is that we once we found a usedâŠthing in there

I Challenged Myself To Read More During Quarantine
So, who else zooms in on these book/bookshelf/bookcase pictures to spy on peopleÂŽs reading?
I just finished the Wheel of Time series and am now onto Brandon Sanderson's Stormlight series. Great books. And now I see some new authors to add to my pile. :)
Before they announced that Wheel of Time was being made into a series (for Amazon I think?), I picked up a signed hardcopy of one of the books at Good Will for $1. Blew my mind when they announced a few months later that they were producing the series!

Mini Food Pantry - Jonesville, NC - Should Be One in Every Town
Same with all the "feel good" articles about children raising money to pay off all lunch debt at school so children don't go hungry. Eh nope. All children should be entitled to free school lunches. It's common sense for schools to make sure their students have eaten because it's easier to learn when you aren't starving.
Load More Replies...We have this, it's called public fridge. It was meant for people in need, but it also works as barter-people give some food and take something in return.

My Husband Is In The Coast Guard And The Owner Of The House We Are Renting Through A Local Property Manager Sent Me This Email Last Night. Iâve Met Him Once
This was during the government shutdown 3 years ago under Trump. A lot of people were financially ruined. The company one of my sons was working for at the time went under, because they couldn't get paid for the large government contract they had just completed. Couldn't get paid until they finished, burned through the business' savings, couldn't pay their workers, much less buy materials to start another job (it was their first large government contract and was going to put them in a whole new ballpark, business wise).

Couple Married Onboard Flight To Las Vegas When Previous Flight Got Cancelled
Last Tuesday, Pam and Jeremy joked that they should hop on a plane to get married in Vegas. It wasn't long before both realized that the other wasn't actually kidding, so they booked a flight for Sunday on one of our competitors, with a Vegas wedding chapel appointment Sunday night.
Come Sunday, the couple arrived at DFW from OKC, just to learn their connection to LAS was canceled. But that’s when their bad luck ended.
Chris, another passenger traveling to LAS from DFW, overheard Pam and Jeremy discussing how they might still get to Vegas in time for their appointment. Chris also happened to be an ordained minister and offered to marry the couple himself! The three went online, snatched up the last three seats to Vegas on a Southwest flight, and hurried together across town to Dallas Love Field.
As they boarded the flight, their Pilot, Captain Gil, noticed Pam’s wedding dress and asked her about it (oh yeah, we forgot to mention: Pam and Jeremy were in full wedding attire, just for the fun of it!). Pam explained their story and joked with Captain Gil they should just get married on the flight. For the second time that week, Pam was surprised to hear the words, “Let’s do it!”
I love the look in their eyes. She's glowing with happiness and he's just stunned by having her as his wife. I wish them the best of life and that they'll stay happy and healthy for a long, long time

Finished Product! Just Over 10 Liters Of Sweet, Smoky Maple Syrup
Ahh yes, pancakes, bacon, blueberries and maple syrup. Heaven!
My daughter began tapping our sugar maples a few years ago. Collecting is fairly easy, but the reduction process is long. Still worth it. Her maple syrup is amazing; it's darker than store-bought and beautifully smoky.

On my parent's 25th, they bought each other rings. My Dad wanted to replace the engagement ring he bought Mom when they were both college students, which didn't fit anymore. Mom just thought it would be cool to get him something other than the plain gold band he'd worn since they married. Out of my family of seven, only me and my younger sister knew that they'd gotten each other new rings. They both passed away some years ago, but thinking about how they totally surprised each other with the same gift idea still gives me all the feels.
In Kyiv People Are Leaving Money After Taking Drinks Because There Were No Cashiers In The Store
This is how the Amish often do it, too. They'll set up a table by the road with a cashbox on it, or also sometimes in Amish-run stores. I wish we could do this more often. I love being able to buy things without having to talk to anyone
I love the concept of trust behind it. The seller could lose everything thru a theft, but it works most of the times.
Load More Replies...Random memory but last time I was in Kyiv I remember having a hilariously hard time finding water that wasnât carbonated đ every store I went into had tons of soda water but barely any plain flat water.
